First of all, sorry for my low level of English.
A few days ago I installed Adobe Reader DC on all servers in my farm Citrix XenDesktop 7.6. Everything started well but now I have problems with high CPU usage. I have seen that for each user using Reader DC open between 1 and 3 processes with the same name, RdrCEF.exe. This process consumes a lot of memory and sometimes, depending on the PDF file, use much of the CPU causing performance problems in other user sessions on the server .
What is this process RdrCEF? Why it is opened several times per user ? And most importantly, how I can prevent this process use as much CPU?

Find feature in Adobe Reader
How can I get the FIND/SEARCH feature in Adobe Reader turned on? I have a PDF file. The FIND feature does not work on it. I type in a word to search for, the response is COULD NOT FIND, even though I am looking at the word in the document. What can I do?

I need to open and edit pdf files from sharepoint Online
I have a SharePoint online (Office 365) doc library with pdf files. The users need to be able to click on a document and have it open in Acrobat the same way a docx files opens in Word. They need to be able to check in and check out the document, make edits, save it back to the server, and then close the file, the same way it works with Word. I've done extensive research into this only to find out I need to edit the DOCICON.xml file on the SP server. Since I'm on SharePoint online, I'm not able to do that. Also, I've read that an Internet Explorer Add On called "Adobe Acrobat SharePoint OpenDocuments Component" is needed to make this work. I don't have that add on, and I can't figure out how to add it.
any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm using acrobat XI Pro, SharePoint Online 2013, and IE 11

Acrobate XI Pro Closing Problem
Good Morning,
I am having issues with Adobe Acrobat XI Pro. It seems after opening the program and sending an email through the program from an outlook account it will not let me close the program out. I have use task manager to close the process everytime. I have tried numerous things, uninstalled and reinstall, Updating, repairing. Nothing seems to be working. It only seems to be having the issues after sending an email.

Epson Printer Support : Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader.
Hello guys I am having an unusual printing issue that is driving me crazy...I am not ready to print any PDF's at all...this is just occurrence on 2 computers...(Windows 7 64 bit), other PC with Windows 7 64 bit can print fine to the Epson printer...when I endeavor to print nothing happens, no mistake messages, no advance bard..nothing, it simply doesn't print.. I have taken a stab at printing from other pdf perusers, for example, fox it and the issue still happens...i have had a go at utilizing Epson printer drivers too...i uninstalled and reinstalled adobe gymnastic performer and same problem...i had a go at utilizing adobe peruser and same issue. I am capable however to print some other kind of record (word, exceed expectations etc)...any proposals please????? Is this printer issue or other ??? I need support from Epson or Adobe. For this type of issues where i found exact solution from Epson technical support or Adobe support center??

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC - Does not work on Mac
Hi,
I have Adobe Acrobat reader DC installed on my macbook but it doesn't work. I am unable to open any PDF file on my macbook Air and it says that " This document enabled extended features in Adobe Acrobat Reader. The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no longer available. Please contact the author for the original version of this document".
Please guide me how to fix this situation. I tried to uninstall the Adobe Reader DC but it doesn't even let me uninstall. I tried pushing it in trash and it won't get uninstalled. Is there a way to uninstall it and then re-install? I just want to be able to read my PDFs. Thanks!

Buenos dias,
Tengo un formulario PDF con los campos de una factura comercial.
La idea que tengo es rellenar los campos en el formulario PDF y despues imprimir sobre la factura en papel, pero no logro encontrar la forma de que solo se impriman los campos que rellene en el PDF.
Alguien me puede decir si es posible, y si es posible, como hacerlo?

Adobe Reader 11.0.21 crash on Windows 10 - what is the cause(s)?
We have some of our forms users with Windows 10 and 11.0.21 installed. When they open our form in this specific version, it crashes.
The problem does not occur in 11.0.22.

Is more specific information available on 4221443 - what causes the application to crash?
The simple answer is to upgrade, but it is not simple to communicate this to all our users.
Please advise if there are specific form features we can avoid using, so that our future forms do not have this issue.
Our forms are long, and we want to avoid data loss. Note: the issue is described as "Reacher crash on launching some XFA forms."
This is not accurate. The form sometimes crashes as the user is part way working through it.

Activate Acrobat 11 and Adobe Acrobat on 2 different computers
I have 4 licenses with Adobe, 1 license cannot be found. I have one computer with an active account with adobe acrobat 9 - no problem everything works.
I want to activate my adobe acrobat pro 11 on my new computer and I want to activate my adobe acrobat 7.0 on my old computer. I downloaded the program on my new computer and tried entering my serial number for adobe acrobat 11 but errors out. It tells me that this serial number is not a qualifying product.
I need help activating both licenses on my two computers.

Email error
I am trying to send a pdf via email using "send file" on the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. On Monday, it worked fine. Yesterday and today I get the following message: "An error occurred while trying to create a mail document. Adobe Acrobat is unable to complete your request."

Acrobat won't fold and staple a booklet
I am trying to fold and staple a 24-page booklet. When I print the booklet without folding and stapling, everything is fine. When I adjust those two things in print dialogue box, I get an error page that prints.

Cannot extract the embedded font 'LaoUI
My Adobe Reader DC is continuing to strip documents of all font other than fill-able boxes. It states the program cannot extract the embedded font 'LaoUI'. Some characters may not display or print correctly. I tried to do the most recent update to Acrobat for windows (Version 2017.012.20098) and this was not effective. Is there something else I can download to prevent this problem?

My computer recently crashed. I have purchased and installed a new hard drive. My question is.....How do I get Adobe on my new computer? I have logged in but do not see where I can access what I had before. Please help!

Export pdf to Excel
Hi, i just upgarded to pro the Adobe reader program on my pc at work, my question is simple it is any way to export the pdf file in Excel with correct tab?
I just try with a document received from our client in order to check order quantity but once in Excel the column was not correctly separated in order to make total.

Fill and Sign - CAnnot Save - Returns Unknown error

I see that there are a few issues pertaining to fill and sign, but most indicate not being able to do so at all.
My issue is somewhat different in that I can go through the entire process of filling and signing the document, but when I try and Save or Save as, Acrobat Reader DC returns an error: "The operation failed because Adobe Acrobat DC encountered an unknown error"
If one opens the Fill and Sign option and tries to save without making any additions, amendments or signatures, it does not encounter the issue and will save the document quite happily. The moment one enters any text or a signature and attempts to save, it returns the above error.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program in its entirety (this includes removing and cleaning up the registry and folders prior to reinstalling). I attempted repairing the installation. All to no avail.
Edited to add: I have tested this version of Adobe Reader DC on a pre-Anniversary Update Version of Windows 10 Pro and on a Windows 7 Ultimate platform with exactly the same issues. It is clear that the problem is with the latest iteration of Adobe Reader DC and not with the platform that it is running on.
