we have download and install the MSI from Adobe Reader XI. But now we have no Adobe Reader under Add-Ons. We close IE restart IE, show all Add-ons - no result.
If we go to www.adobe.com - download - adobe reader http://get.adobe.com/de/reader/ - uncheck for yes install chrome, then we see the Adobe Reader Add-On under IE? why

First post on Adobe forums and I couldn't find an answer to this anywhere.
We have Adobe Reader DC deployed to all of our users. We need to load the trusted root certificates from an Adobe Server. Clicking "Update Now" works, which is great because we get the certificates and our issue is resolved. However, we need to do this for all users.
To try and achieve this, I made 2 changes:
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\Security\cDigSig\cAdobeDownload - bAskBeforeInstalling
Changed from 1 to 0
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\Security\cDigSig\cAdobeDownload - bLoadSettingsFromURL
Changed from 0 to 1
The effect of these 2 Registry changes was to tick the box for "Load trusted root certificates from an Adobe server" and to untick the box for "Ask before updating". These settings are found in Adobe Reader under Edit > Preferences > Trust Manager.
These changes do not result in the certificates being downloaded though; but only seem to set the tick boxes as desired. So I'm wondering, how do we effectively click the "Update Now" for all users? Is there a Registry change that we can do for this as well?
Currently, we have just 1 Certificate under Edit > Preferences > Signatures > More (under Identities & Trusted Certificates). We get many, many more after clicking "Update Now".

Eu nem estou demorando muito a abrir s arquivos. Basta eu abrir algum outro app no Ipad e quando eu bolto a ele, ele atualiza automaticamente. Antes ele nem sequer precisava atualizar quando eu usava um outro app ao mesmo tempo. E agora ele recarrega e não grava onde parei a leitura. O que eu posso fazer?
Of late my scanner seems to not be able to process scanning PDF documents, particularly those more than one page. I have updated all Acrobat files and I have tried on 3 different scanners with 3 different USB cables. I keep getting a message saying "Problem Scanning. Please try again." It seems to be a PDF issue as I have scanned with JPEG and not experienced the same issue. Any ideas?
My organization is auditing results from our web filtering reports. An example of what I'm trying to find is at the link below. The content of this link shows what URLs will be utilized when one is using Office.
I've conducted a number of searches both here in the forum and the Internet in general, but with no luck.

Hello, I try to open a XFA-File with my IPhone/IPad. I have the latest Version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. When i open the File i get the error message "Dieses Formular erfordert Adobe Acrobat Reader DC für Mac oder Windows".
How can i open the XFA-File with my mobile device?

I am having trouble printing from google chrome. I am using the pdf viewer to print and nothing but blank pages comes out. My OS is Mac OS X High Sierra 10.13 and the most up to date version of Adobe. Funnily enough, printing from adobe itself works, but my boss would like to be able to print from Chrome (for time's sake, I guess).
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Hi, How can I cancel an annual suscription to Acrobat Pro DC?
Currently experiencing an issue with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (18.009.20044) and Adobe Acrobat DC (218.009.20044).
When opening documents that have been digitally signed or have a digital signature block, both will open but with the below error:
"There was an error opening this document. Failed to load an application resource (internal error)"
In order to view the document I have to click "OK" to close the error then reopen the same document again.
Working on Windows 10.
I've already tried the Repair Adobe tool, also this is affecting way more then just my machine.
Been on the Google for a good bit, but not finding anything relevant. Any assistance greatly appreciated.

Utilizzo Acrobat Reader per leggere documenti PDF tramite la funzione leggi alta voce. Fino a qualche mese fa riuscivo a leggere documenti liberi e senza blocchi , ora dopo un aggiornamento i documenti non vengono più letti e in alcune pagine ottengo il messaggio "documento vuoto". Ho provato anche a reinstallare l' applicazione senza esito. Il sistema operativo è Windows 10
Adobe Reader on Mac cannot open many of my files, but can open a few. Always says, "There was an error opening this document. There was a problem reading this document (57)".
I've tried updating my Mac, updating my Adobe reader, but no use.

I can't seem to install the Adobe DC on my mac. I downloaded it and opened the file, then pressed open when prompted and then nothing has happened
It said to
1. Locate the downloaded file and double-click to mount the disk image.
2. Double-click Install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
3. Agree by Clicking Open.
4. Enter Name and Password and click OK.
I've done steps 1,2,3 but step 4 never happens

Have software license certificate for Acrobat 9.0 WIN AOO License IE (54026179)
have already downloaded ACRO9_Win_WEB_WWEFG.exe from https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-8-9-product-downloads.html and the serial is invalid for this install package.
Does anyone know where to get the install package for the license ?

When I attempt to print coupons from U.S. corporate websites who are using Acrobat Reader DC and smartsource.com, the pages eject from the HP printer blank. I'm using Windows 7, Firefox 42.0, Acrobat Reader DC 15.008.20082, and the latest update HP Printer Driver. I welcome any suggestions in specific detail. Thank you.
How to make a "Received" stamp with date in the past?

my problem occurs when I try to open a PDF file, which was send to me via email. The Acrobat Reader shows the following: Error processing a page. Problem reading document (18).
If I click on "ok" I can scroll throught the file but half of the pages are empty.
Does someone know why? What does error 18 mean?

The button to send mail inside adobe reader does not work, the symptom appeared a week ago after an update of Microsoft Office, the mail client that I use is Outlook 2010 and I have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed and updated.
