The notes I wrote on my PDF have disappeared
Hi there,
I often make notes on my PDF's and recently I made notes to a PDF and the next day I opened the document and all the note icons are still there, but when I double-click on each individual note all the content is gone. They are just blank notes! I lost all my notes on the PFD and the weirdest thing is that the notes are still all over the document but when I open them there is no content inside.
This is extremely furstrating because I lost all of my notes. Is there a way to recover the content of the notes so that when I double-click I see actual writing?

Paid for subscription & file not converting
Hello, I am so frustrated. I paid for a 1.99 subscription to convert PDF to Word files and whenever I try to do the conversion, I am sent to the Pricing page. What gives. I am ready to cancel my membership. I paid for an annual membership this morning. Please help. Sky035

I updated from 2017.009.20044 to 2017.012.20093, cannot open PDFs in IE. The error message states: "There is a problem with Adobe Reader Acrobat/Reader. If it running, please exit and try again. (0:104). This happens with internal and external sites.

Conditional Calculation in some fields
I am trying to create a conditional calculation in a box on a form I'm creating. If a customer fills out our form and check marks 5 different boxes then they get a 10% discount on those 5 services otherwise they pay full price. I can get a calculation to work in excel but not sure how to write it in the PDF. the language is not the same. Can you do IF formulas? How would I go about creating the formula I need?

Unable to add new comments to a PDF since updating
Hi, Just wondering if anyone else has this problem or any idea of how to solve it - I have been working on a PDF document for a few weeks and adding comments to it. Before today, these comments have saved successfully each time I save the document, and then I am able to resume working on the document and adding changes the next day. My computer had many updates last night and today, and now I am not able to add comments to my PDF anymore.
This message appears when I open the document 'This document enabled extended features in Adobe Acrobat Reader. The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no longer available. Please contact hte author for the original version of this document'.
I then checked to see if I could save comments on the original PDF, reopen it, and add more comments, in order to finish my work by using two separate PDFs, but this didn't work. It seems that once I save and exit the PDF, the comments I made are saved, but I can no longer edit that PDF when I reopen it.
I'd appreciate any assistance at all - it's driving me crazy!!

Frustrated
Just moved to iOS from Android. App doesn’t export/share file properly to Blue Mail, and comment function laborious in iOS to change pen/highlight/underline colours. Any chance the Android functionality will be added to iOS?

Adobe 10 slow printing from Micros Opera PMS
Adobe 10.14 use to get and print from Opera very fast (about 7 seconds). Something in Adobe has changed and now the printing takes 30 to 45 seconds just to get to printer and the prints slowly.
There is nothing wrong with network nor with Opera. We have tried uninstalling /reinstalling Adobe. Opera tech have checked everything in Opera all is OK. Every other program(word, etc.) prints fast including just Adobe by itself.
Not to be rude but NOTHING has changed so please no questions.

I get the error Windows cannot access the specified path or file or administration permission issue. I run Windows 10 on Dell PC Pavilion. Reader worked fine up until two days ago. then nothing and I am the only user on this computer.
I have seen this message in the Forum but where would I find %temp% ???
Please try the following:
Delete the following files from the %temp% location (backup these files before deleting)
AdobeARM.log
AdobeARM_NotLocked.log
ARMUI.ini
Launch Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, and click on Help > Check for Updates
If you are still seeing the error, try and delete the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\ARM
Now initiate a repair operation for Adobe Reader from within the Control Panel.
Let me know if this works.

Update:
I changed the "Open With" under properties to "Edge" browser. I can now view the pdf after the Edge browers opens. I really dislike Edge.

recently unable to open any PDF files
Recently I became unable to open any PDF files, new or old. Adobe Acrobat Reader DC shows them as having been opened, but they do not appear. I just upgraded to Mac High Sierra OS, 10.13.1. I have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

Error sign into Adobe Acrobat Reader
When I tried to sign in Adobe Reader with my new account, I got error as below
I went to account management and subscribed Adobe Document Cloud and also Adobe Reader Pro trial, still cannot sign in Reader while I can sign into Creative Cloud.
I have another account which also didn't subscribe any paid service, but that one can sign in.
Please advice how can I resolve this issue.

How to problem is related to the PDF ?
Hello,
I am new to this and looking around for help. I have been pulling my hair out on this issue for some time now.
However, if install reader alongside Acrobat, while letting Acrobat retain all its program defaults, I can preview files no problem. It's only when Acrobat is the only pdf editor installed that it does not work.
This problem is only related to the PDM preview. In regular explorer, you can preview PDF's without issue. I went through many resources and also checked demo software of other software but did not find any solution for this issues. Please help me out.
Any help will be appreciated.
