I'm having trouble opening Abode Reader. It simply crashes straight away every time. The thing is, I have done some trouble-shooting and the programme DOES work if I sign in to my computer as a different user. So I was hoping someone could help me make the necessary changes to my user profile so I can get Abode up and running again.
I'm using a MacBook Pro (2017) 13" with Sierra and I have the latest version of Adobe.

Hi, i need some help on adobe reader DC. I have some text with Khmer UI font in it but it is not showing up correctly in the pdf document. How can i resolve this issue as i need this document to show up with the correct text.
i tried downloading the east asia font but it is still not working.

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on macOS Sierra 10.12.6. When I try to digitally sign a PDF document it hangs when I select the digital signature and click on "Sign". I'm using a new non-admin user on the same mac but cannot get pdfs to open although Acrobat Reader is set as the default.
When I select and right-click a word in a PDF file in Reader, it pops-up a menu with a Look Up Word option. Upon clicking it, I am taken to dictionary.com website. I want to change this to OED, because I have an account with them. Moreover, I often study old texts with words that are not mentioned on the default site. I have searched high and low, but couldn't find a solution. There must be a way to change it to some other on-line service or off-line program.
P.S: If there is no way to do it, I strongly propose Adobe to include this feature in future updates/releases. Trust me, there are thousands out there who absolutely need it.
Hello, some help would be really appreciated, we have a team account, I can't open a PDF ... I have restarted my machine, uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat DC, I can open the PDF in my browser, and I can see the thumbnail image on my desktop, please see image attached. When I click on a PDF file nothing happens. Thank in advance for you quick response. Ricky

we have a problem with the Acrobat Reader DC on 3 computers. It is not possible to print efax PDF files from Outlook on these computers because the printer always selects the Universal Feeder although the normal paper tray is set. However, the pdf file must be printed in the normal paper tray because there is a sticker in the Universal Feeder. Saving the eFAX PDF on the computer doesn't change that either. If you open a "normal" PDF (no eFax pdf), you can print it as usual.
We have re-installed the reader and tried different printer drivers. on all other computers it works without problems. the problem came from one day to the next without changing anything on the 3 mentioned computers. as soon as another reader is used, everything works fine.

I had hoped to use Reader DC for reading course materials in school, but a critical issue is that every now and then (perhaps every 10th or 15th time I try to highlight) it freezes and crashes, usually losing everything since my last manual save but occasionally recovering some or all. Highlighter having issues seems to be a longstanding issue but I'm wondering if there's a fix. It happens across documents, but not in documents where Reader can recognize the text--in other words, it only happens when I'm drawing highlights freehand. Let me know if there's a fix or another product that would function properly.
So I recently had a co-worker try to update her Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, per instructions on a government website, and she got stuck in an install loop.
The DC installer would detect an existing up to date installation and error out, and restart the install process.
When my PC reminded me to update Acrobat XI I opted to update to the DC version, and I ran into the inverse. The installer told me a newer version was already installed. It did provide a helpful "start over" button for me to click after uninstalling the old Acrobat Reader XI.
So who do I report this bug to?

got many machines in the school which are currently not allowing staff to print at present, all round adobe dc, the output printer is either Epson or rioch but that does not effect the fact that adobe will not print.

I have a few PDFs that I am unable to open. They give me an error saying 'Insufficient Data for an Image'. I have the latest version of Reader. I have tried to save the PDF in different formats. I have tried to reduce the file size and optimize the PDF. None of those worked. However, I am able to view the PDF using a web browser such as Google Chrome. This is not a solution, though, because I have users who need to be able to view the file inside of the Adobe Reader program.
I can provide the PDF to an Adobe employee if that helps. I'd rather not post it publicly because the PDF(s) in question is a company invoice.
If there is any more information I can provide please let me know.

EDIT: I've come to notice that many others have posted this issue with absolutely zero reply from anybody. I would prefer to use live chat considering this is what I feared when being directed only to a forum for support on this. I would appreciate ANY help or assistance with this issue.

I have upgraded to Adobe Reader 11.0.02 although I still recieve the "Insufficient data for an image" error when viewing some PDF files.

Experiencing an issue with PDF's not downloading, or loading completely and stalling, causing the browser to hang in our company. It's affecting everyone who tries to view the PDF's with IE. It seems to affect PDF files larger than ~1.5 MB and happens in IE only. The PDF's will not download completely and throw a document error, or hang when you scroll down to view more than the first page of the document. I've tried clearing cache and cookies, but that didn't help.
Using IE 11 and Acrobat 11

Left-click on Download Annual Report under Mission Integration section
Result:
IE attempts to download PDF (starts quickly then gets slower), but never completes the download and hangs. If you attempt to scroll down to view the pages IE will hang and require you to forcefully close the tab/window.
On my last attempt to load the Annual Report PDF mentioned above, IE was able to only download 2.88 of 2.96 MB and then completely stalled. Nothing is viewable beyond the 2nd page. I am able to save the PDF to my local drive and open it in IE without a problem.
Anyone have ideas? Is there a security setting that could be causing this?
I am using Acrobat Reader DC on Windows 7. I was working on a PDF for several hours without saving, and my laptop an out of battery and crashed. I had downloaded the file and then began typing in it, so an unedited version is saved onto my computer. Adobe is set to autosave every 5 minutes. I turned my computer on and opened the PDF file but it showed me the original, unedited PDF and did not give me an option to restore what was autosaved. As far as I know, autosave was on the entire time I worked on the document. How can I restore what was autosaved?

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) form IMM1344E won't print barcodes, even on a verified form. (FYI Mac won't let me install an older version of Acrobat.)
The barcodes are on the last page 7 of 7. The document has been validated. Im using Mac OS Sierra 10.12.5. Acrobat version 2017.009.20044. Attempts to install an older version of Acrobat (XI 11.0.10) are met with a failure: "Found a higher version Adobe Reader in the installation location. Installation will terminate." I don't know how to change the installation location. Even if I could I don't know if it's a good idea to have two Acrobat versions on the same disk.
Please advice how I can get the barcodes to print. Thank you.
