My Acrobat Reader just started requiring me to sign in to Adobe before it will open a file. After I sign in, the document hangs and will not open. I have seen references to using the Cleaner tool but only for Windows. not Mac. My OS is El Capitan.

Kindly is there an easy way to convert from PDF to PNG or JPG and Vice Versa easily through the Adobe Reader itself?
As our Wixlar Document is about 20 pages and each page is set of pictures and text that we can convert it to images, so what do you suggest?

email button doesn't work
After windows 10 is updated to version 1709 the email button in acrobat reader dc doesn't work anymore.
My email programmme is Outlook and is set as default in acrobat reader dc.
Anyone know what to do to make it work again?

Export pdf to MS Word
I am not able to export/convert pdf to ms word. Brings me to page which indicates I need to subscribe but there is no way for me to do that. When I try to subscribe, Adobe indicates that I already have an account which is current. Thoughts on how to fix? Thanks.

Suppress EULA macOS Adobe Reader 2017
How can I suppress the EULA for Adobe Reader 2017 on macOS for a lab deployment?
Is there possibly a feature lockdown preference that I'm missing?
Before the answer is "Use the Wizard", remember the wizard doesn't work for Reader on macOS, only for Acrobat Pro.

Disable tabs in Acrobat Reader DC (2015.009.20079)
In lieu of an option to warn when closing multiple tabs/documents, is there a way disable tabs in Acrobat Reader DC? I found this discussion:

But it is for Acrobat Pro DC and I do not see a single item relating to tabs in general preferences.

Application error AcroRd32.exe when opening my PDF file
its 3 days, when opening my PDF file I get an application error AcroRd32.exe and hence, can not print or do anything further. the pop up window then reads 0x341525c (sometimes this # is different) memory at 0x00000000 . The memory could not be read. How can this be fixed? I have uninstalled and re-insalled DC reader several times to no avail. Help please![Moved from non-technical Forum Lounge to Reader forum... Mod]

Where can I find font metrics
Hi I'm using acrobat reader dc version 2017.012.20098.
We have an old pdf generator that specifies the Helvetica font. We are having trouble with estimating the width a character will take. I see that Helvetica is no longer included with acrobat reader. What fonts are included with acrobat reader for free and where can I find the metrics for them?

I cannot the Highlight tool in Acrobat Reader DC. The tool is not highlighted to use even in the comment menu below.

PDF prints come out as blank
I'm using adobe reader dc (version: 17.012.20098)
and I have a PDF document, but it prints come out as blank
(there is no problem if I choose print as image)
All printer driver and adobe reader dc are latest.
How can I solve the problem?
