How can I close the files in Acrobar reader, for at thi moment all my files are 'open'.
I do not know how that happened, but is difficult to handle.

Unable to disable Welcome Screen in Acrobat 2015 or DC

I have downloaded Acrobat DC, extracted the MSI, and used the customization Wizard to remove the desktop shortcut, disable updates, and accept EULA. I have configured Group policy to set the following registry keys (among others):
HKLM\Software\Policies\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\FeatureLockDown\cWelcomeScreen
bShowWelcomeScreen
Reg_DWORD
0

Acrobat CC Crashes if I setup a non standard page size and attempt to enter the printer options
Having the same problem with Acrobat CC and Reader 9.5.5 Running Mac OSX 10.11.1 Can print pdf if I select from standard sizes in page setup. But I have a file that prints 7" x 9.25" and I when I attempt to print if I set the page size to the 7x9.25 then as soon as I press the "printer" button at the bottom to set my options it crashes the program every time. Attempted to set page size to standard us letter and the program remains stable and I can get to my printer options and print, but that doesn't help this job.
For reference my pdf file is set at 7"wide by 9.25" high. in my page setup options I set to send to my EFI Fiery, and select my custom set page size set to 7" wide by 9.25" high with margins of 0.12" on all four sides, set scaling at 100% and click OK. Then as soon as I click the printer options button it crashes. In order to print this I had to open indesign CC create a 20 page layout, place every page and I was able to print from there, but that is a ton of work to do to print pdf files. Any help?

Error inserting DC Reader created PDF as object into Word
Hello,
I Need to insert a PDF I just created with the new Acrobat Reader DC into my Word document.
#1 - I have NEVER had an issue prior to this new version.
#2 - I use Insert > "Create from file"> I select a file>then display as Icon.
#3 - I've never had a problem before.
I do the same this with the PDF I recently created using the DC Reader and I now get an error...
"The program used to create this object is AcroExch. That program is either not installed on your computer or it is not responding. To edit this object, install AcroExch or ensure that any dialog boxes in AcroExch are closed."
I've done everything I'm supposed to do - including turning the system off and rebooting.
Even now when I try to insert PDF's that were created in 2014 with a way older version - they will now not install and actually crash Word.
Any advice before I delete this program and find an older one that actually works?

Cant install last security update on Acrobat Reader DC because previous version of product was installed with integrated msp package
Greeting to All.
I'm trying to install 15.010.20056 update over 15.009.20079 version of Acrobat Reader DC that was installed as intergrated package (with latest updates included) in our corporate environment. So while installation I'm getting these errors: 1328 and 1603. If I uninstall current version of DC, install 2015.007.20033 version (latest from Adobe site) and then install latest security update, everything is going fine. How to fix this problem?

Cannot select text in PDF file after upgrading to DC
Used to have Acrobat Reader 9.x and it is possible to select text, multiple words by press "left-mouse-key" and drag.
However, after upgrading to Reader DC, text selection is not working by drag & select. Text can be selected in by double click (words), triple click (sentence) & quad-click (whole page)
I'm using Windows 7, have uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat DC, X (10.1.16), acrobatcleaner also used to uninstall. However problem persist.
I can't go back to Acrobat Reader 9.x because I can't find the Asian fonts set (needed to read Chinese, Japanese etc)
Can anyone help me fix this

Cannot convert pdf files to Word format
I have a current Adobe Export PDF subscription and was able to convert pdf to word without too many problems until a recent update from Reader to Reader DC. Now no files will convert. My subscription is useless if this function does not work. How can this be fixed?

Chaque fois que j'ouvre un document pdf, pour extraits bancaires et autres factures TV etc... Adobe montre tout le contenu de mon pc tel il existe dans mes documents sur ce pc, Il suffit que je clique sur l'icône de Adobe sur la barre des tâches pour voir les fichiers récents et ceux ouverts en pdf et d'autres. Mon navigateur est mozilla firefox, et je suis étonné que cela puisse se passer car tout un chacun peut voir le contenu de mon pc trop facilement.
Pouvez-vous me donner une réponse pour que cela cesse car c'est contraire à toute politique de confidentialité et notamment sur mozilla et duckduckgo, mon moteur de recherche. Mozilla ouvre les documents pdf avec acrobat pour firefox et ceci devrait être fait sans téléchargements dans mon pc.
D'avance merci pour votre réponse qui me paraît essentielle.

Exception occurs when signing the encrypted document

i got the exception "Unsupported document" when send this document for signing in adobe reader DC.
Can you please explain us the reason for this exception.

Adobe Reader XI not working for me (Windows 7)
I just installed adobe reader XI and now I can't open any PDF files. The application itself won't even start properly. The default window opens but then it completely shutsdown without any indication of why it did so. No error report or anything.
