Reader DC update downloads stuck on repeat
How do I stop readerdc_en_ga_install.exe downloading every time I start my computer? OS is Win 10 and Reader DC is already installed and up to date.

Shared Commenting Does not Work
I am on Windows 7, Acrobat PRO DC.
I send a document for shared commenting, and my users who are using Acrobat Reader DC cannot comment on the review.
The commenting features are all greyed out and they see this error:
"This document enabled extended features in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no longer available."
Ever since we upgraded to Acrobat PRO DC this is happening.

Adobe Acrobat Reader Crashes - the program does not answer
Any one know anything - or a solution?
I opens ok, and works for a time - but then suddenly i have this saying: - the program doesn't answer, only thing is to shot down the program, and reopen the file I want to see.
I am running the version 2015.010.20056

ＰＤＦ文書が表示できません
使っているのはウインドウズ8.1です。ウインドウズ10へアップグレードしてからＰＤＦ文書がみれなくなりました。このようなメッセージがでてきます「表示しようとするとブラウザーでＰＤＦ 文書を表示するためのadobe acrobat または readerはインストールされた場所には見つかりません。移動または削除された可能性があります。アプリケーションを再インストールするか、修復してください」
アンインストールや変更を試したのですが、選択した機能は現在使用できないネットワークリソースにあります・・・などメッセージがでてきてしまいます。
更にこの製品のインストール元を利用できません インストール元が存在しアクセスできることを確認してください。と出てきます
ダウンロードしていたのはadobe acrobat reader xI (11.0.13)japanese です。困っていますどうしたらもとに戻せるのでしょうかおしえて頂きたいですよろしくお願いします。

Reader 10.1.0 and updates won't install OS X 10.7 Lion
Reader 10.1.2 will not install on my OS X 10.7 Lion system. Reader 10.1.0 was running on OS X 10.6.7 and after upgrading to 10.7 I can't install any upgrades (10.1.1 or 10.1.2) I tried removing 10.1.0 and downloading a complete version. The installation stalls at the "running package scripts" point, the "install time remainings increments out to 32 minutes and then I get a box showing "installation failed" I found a suggestion on the internet that socketfilterfw could cause the problem and turning the firewall off would prevent it. Turning the firewall off and running the installation offline did not help. I tried removing everything Adobe from user, library and system folders, again with no help.
As a work around I tried to install Reader 9.6 and it installed and works fine. I also tried copying Reader 10.1.1 from a friends laptop running OS X 10.6.7 to my laptop and it works okay: however, when I try to install the 10.1.2 upgrade the installation fails and trying to install a full version of 10.1.2 also fails.

Deleting previous Adobe ID mail adress from login screen
Hello,
please look at the topic of the thread. I'm unable to delete the mail adress of an previous used Adobe ID in the login screen. I deinstalled Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and reinstalled Adobe Reader DC but nevertheless my mailadress is shown up in the login screen. How can i finally delete (i appreciate every possivle solution).

Script error when opening or saving to sharepoint 2013
We are getting an error with Adobe Reader DC when trying to open or save files to Sharepoint 2013.
This happens in the open or save window that opens within Adobe Reader DC version 2015.010.20056
Please let us know how we might fix this.

Acrobat Reader DC Terminalserver WIN2012R2 Druck von PDF "Das Dokument konnte nicht gedruckt werden"
Hallo zusammen,
ich bin langsam am verzweifeln. Wir haben unsere Terminalserver auf Windows Server 2012 R2 aktualisiert. Auf dem WinServer2012R2 ist der Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installiert. (Version: 2015.010.20056)
Der Druckserver läuft noch auf einem Windows Server 2008 R2.
Grundsätzlich haben wir die letzten Tage das Problem, dass vermehrt User das Problem melden, dass Sie keine PDF-Dateien mehr drucken könnnen. Auswirken tut sich dies dann durch 2 darauffolgende Fehlermeldungen.
- 1. Das Dokument konnte nicht gedruckt werden
- 2. Keine zum Drucken ausgewählten Seiten vorhanden
Das seltsame ist nun, dass es bei manchen Usern so ist, dass diese beiden Meldungen beim Druck von JEDER PDF-Datei kommen.
Und manche User können z.B. eine ganz normale PDF-Datei ohne Probleme drucken.
Am nächsten Tag melden die selben User plötzlich wieder, dass Sie manche Dateien wieder drucken können und mehrere Stunden darauf wieder nicht.
Es ist ebenfalls so, dass dieser Fehler nicht nur auf einem Server auftritt, sondern auf ALLEN Windows Servern 2012 R2
Eine PDF-Datei habe ich hier, die ich nicht einmal von meinem Rechner gedruckt bekomme. Hier erhalte ich folgende Fehlermeldungen:
- Das Dokument konnte nicht gedruckt werden
- Keine zum Drucken ausgewählten Seiten vorhanden
- Nicht genügend Daten für ein Bild
- Es ist ein Grafikfehler aufgetreten
Ein defekt der Datei habe ich ausgeschlosse, indem ich eine neue PDF-Datei daraus erzeugt habe. Nach meinem Wissen sollte hier bereits ein Fehler auftreten...
Was habe ich sonst noch bereits gemacht?....

Es ist so, dass wir in Hinsicht auf Druck von PDFs mit den alten Terminalservern 2008 R2 nie Probleme hatten.

Clip box in 3D PDF
Voor mijn werk ben ik een 3D PDF aan het bekijken in acrobat reader dc. Het gaat hier om een installatie met een buizennetwerk.
Mijn vraag, kan ik een clip box creëren waarbij binnen het gebied alles zichtbaar is?
Dit om een duidelijker beeld van de installatie te krijgen. Ik heb het al geprobeerd met de cross section, maar hierbij laat je maar een deel van de tekening weg, waarbij er nog veel te veel info op de achtergrond staat.
