Un bel giorno lanciando Adobe Reader, ho ricevuto un messaggio di errore che terminava con l'invito a installare di nuovo il programma.
Allora sono andato in pannello di controllo, disinstalla un programma, e ho disinstallato la versione che avevo. Poi sono andato su internet e ho scaricato la verisone disponibile. Ho fatto partire la exe di installazione e al termine ecco cosa è stata la risposta:
Cosa ho sbagliato? Cosa posso fare per installare il programma di nuovo correttamente? GRAZIE!
I always get this pop up. And the program also crashes and closes when I try to make any edits. I am using windows 10 and the latest version of Acrobat Reader.
I use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to fill and sign a PDF form that I created. I use this same form for about 80 clients and quite a bit of the text I type is similar from file to file. It use to remember previous text I'd typed and prompt me with a drop down list of text that I could select for an autofill. Now it's not doing that. How can I get this feature reactivated?

When I first try to open a new PDF using Adobe Acrobat Reader, I get the following error and the file is deleted from my computer:
If I re-download or restore the file from the Recycle Bin, I can then open it.

I wonder why the "Class 2 Primary CA" certification authority (French Certplus/Keynectis certification authority: https://www.docusign.fr/societe/certification-policies) isn't in the list of Adobe Acrobat Reader approved certification authorities.
This CA is approved by Windows, Mozilla, Apple, Gmail, etc...
Do you know how I can ask to add this French CA to the standard approved CA list for Adobe products ?

I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to create bookmarks from a Table of Contents. The document will be published to a website in Adobe Reader DC(for users who only have the free version). Will the bookmarks I create with Pro DC work for viewers with Adobe Reader DC? Will hyperlinks created with Pro DC also work in Adobe Reader DC?

I'm trying to install Adobe Acrobat READER, which I downloaded here:

on a Mac Mini, which once had Adobe Creative Cloud Photographer on it. It's running the latest Mac OS.
I keep getting the error when running the install package:
"Found a higher version Adobe Acrobat Reader in the installation location. Installation will terminate"
background:
- before I tried any of this, I had uninstalled ACC from this system. I'm using that software on a newer/better system now.
- I may have screwed up the uninstall processes at some point by removing software from the application folder, but after realizing that ACC was still running I ran the uninstaller.
- when encountering this problem, I went through the system folders and tried to remove any lingering Adobe folders or preferences.
- I've also tried REINSTALLING the ACC + Lr CC, tried running the acrobat installer, then tried UNinstalling the ACC + Lr CC, no luck.
Chat support with Adobe tried all the usual steps that don't actually work - first they sent me to a shady adware site to download Adobe Reader (?), then when I called them on that, they said to try a different browser with cookies cleared, etc., which I did to humor them - same result. Then they sent me here.
Da qualche giorno il pc mi segnalava un aggiornamento di adobe reader DC non andato a buon fine; mi sono intestardito e ho disinstallato il programma per reinstallarlo alla versione più aggiornata, ma non è stato possibile. Difatti, nonostante abbia disinstallato completamente il programma, scarico l'installer, lo avvio, ma arrivato circa all'80% si blocca segnalandomi che la nuova versione è già installata. Ho un pc con windows 7 ultimate. Grazie a chi potrà aiutarmi.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is running very slow opening up PDF files. The version of Acrobat I am using is 2017.012.20098. I'm using an Intel Core i7 processor with 8GB's of RAM and a Windows 10 OS. I have already tried a lot of the suggestions posted on the forum but nothings worked so far.

Just updated Adobe Reader DC to v2019.008.20071 on Windows 10 and now cannot rotate any stamps placed. The handle at the top middle that is supposed to turn the cursor into the rotate cursor just does nothing - no change in cursor. Trying to grab and rotate just deselects the stamp. I can scale the stamp using the corner handles but not rotate at all. This behavior was not present in earlier versions. I have several Windows 10 and Windows 8.1 clients that have this same issue.
Tested on a FRESH installation of adobe reader dc and still have the same issue.
A recent update to Acrobat Reader DC introduced a new feature to Fill & Sign that I am finding more frustrating than useful.
I frequently fill out documents that are not actual PDF forms. A lot of them are small town government application forms that were probably made in Microsoft Word and exported as a PDF. I use Fill & Sign to type in all the details and save myself hours of handwriting the same information repeatedly.
I used to be able to pick whatever area I want to type, adjust the font size to look decent on the document, and then keep going. Acrobat would remember I font choice. This system has worked brilliantly for the last couple of years (since I started using it).
A recent update introduce a new feature that tries to guess where form fields are located. That's a fine feature; it doesn't always guess right, but I can still choose a different spot if I want to. My problem is that is doesn't honor any font choices. Every field is assigned a different font size that Acrobat has decided is suitable, and it looks extremely unprofessional.
Even worse, it resets my font size choice for custom areas if I even accidentally click into one of the "guessed" field areas.
Can this feature be disabled?
I can't get rid of the pop-up window reading NEW PDF FEATURE.
Whether if select option Yes with a check, Yes with no check, NO with a check, or NO with no check, this annoying message pops up every time I open a pdf.

I use PowerPoint on a MacBook to create flyers. I then save them as pdf's in order to share them so that they won't be editable and so that the fonts that I have downloaded on my machine appear correctly on others'. This also happens when I use MS Word.
I usually use an image as a background and set a level of transparency so that it doesn't use too much ink or take too much attention from the text and other images. I also add "glow" with different levels of transparency so that the text and images pop against the background.
Since I've completed some updates, anything with any degree of a transparency setting turns grey in the pdf export. I'm attaching screen shots of when it has worked and when it hasn't.
I'm running Mac Mojave 10.14.1 and Microsoft 16.19.

I have a very frustrating daily problem using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on a Windows 10 PC.
All documents are displayed just fine, but after some hours - typically the next day - parts of pages or whole pages of opened documents are blank and an error message dialog like "Problem reading document (109)" or "There was an error reading a stream" or "Insufficient data for an image" pops up. Why not just open the document again? And why throw away the document in the first place?
This happens with documents on my network where it's easily reproduced, but I'm not sure if I've experienced it with local files. There seems to be no problems with the network otherwise, I've never seen it glitch or act sluggish or or disappear or anything.
Every day when the problem hits me I have to close the documents and open them again, which is super tedious in the new Home/Recent menu and the new worsified Search field. Only one document can be opened at a time, even if many can be selected with the checkboxes. *explodingheadstupid* The program jumps to the opened file, and I need to go to the Home menu manually again, open the next file, and so on.
This makes Acrobat Reader feel like a very unprofessional tool. Anyone with the same problem - or a solution?

I previously has the option to open multiple documents in tabs, but I now do not see this option is there anyway to turn this back on with Adobe Acrobat DC Pro
Is anyone else experiencing an issue with adobe reader ver 19.008.20081 where a pdf fails to open in Internet Explorer with the add on enabled. If I disable the add on the pdf will launch in the application. Previous versions of Adobe Reader worked... Any help would be greatly appreciated.
We are seeing an issue with the action pane that keeps loading forever in Adobe Reader DC version 2019.008.20081 and 2019.008.20074.
The problem is reproducable by the steps underneath, but does not occur every time.
Click on the enveloppe icon (share by mail)
In the action pane, under Send as attachment (translated from Dutch), click on Proceed (Default e-mail application (Microsoft Outlook))
Close the Outlook e-mail window that appears
Close the action pane
Click on the enveloppe icon again
Sometimes the action pane will display a loading icon that keeps spinning forever.
One of our users who used the send by mail feature in Adobe Reader in Citrx oftern, experiences this frequently and has reported this to our servicedesk.
We are able to reproduce this in our Citrix environment that is running 2019.008.20074.
Also I have installed Adobe Reader 2019.008.20081 on my fat client and am still seeing this behavior.
I have tried to isolate this issue but am not able to pinpoint the cause of this.
