Bonjour, suite à la dernière mise à jour de Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, losque nous lançons une "impression rapide" via outlook d'un PDF en pièce jointe, une fenêtre reste ouverte après impression et cela pose problème à nos utilisateurs. Merci de m'indiquer la procédure à suivre afin que cette fenêtre ne s'ouvre plus ou se ferme automatiquement après impression. Merci de votre retour.

We are still having issues after the automatic update to 20074 last week. A lot of our users are still unable fill out any fillable forms in I.E. Attempts to resolve have included complete cleanup tool uninstall, reinstall, then update to 20074. For some this fixes the printing issue, but not fillable forms for us.
I have Acrobat Reader DC, and when saving a document to a PDF I need to be able to save PDF's by default as non-editable/read only, which it used to do automatically. Is there any way to do this without purchasing a subscription? I occasionally save MS Word documents or fillable forms to PDFs that can't be editable, and I don't want to pay a monthly fee for services that I would rarely use.

I have downloaded the newest version of adobe acrobat reader dc, but cannot open a document (cms 100 state employee application) still. The error message keeps saying I need reader 8 or higher, but I do have it and am still not able to open or view this document.

マイクロソフトへ遠隔操作で診断してもらったが 解決できない。
アドビ社へたらい回し。
アドビー社へ問い合わせを電話したが「無料ソフトだから」「ジャパンフォーラム」で
解決してほしいとのこと。
私の OSは Windouws１０home&pro ６４BITです。
OFFICEは ３６５ を使っています。
OUTLOOKメール IE11の操作は問題なくできます。
とりあえずMicro Soft Edgeを代替えで使ってしのいでいます。
どなたか 助けてください。

Whenever I fill forms using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (Comment---Select text---Fill form), and move to next field, the previous text entered goes blank. Before it was working very fine as I am using it on Microsoft Surface Pro (Laptop). Now its not working at all. Can someone help me out with this? As helpline people says they are not trained on this one so I need to contact forum. As in below image I just entered address as gggggggg but you can see its not visible on form as I moved to next field.
It appears that every time I open a PDF with Adobe Reader DC (ver, 2019.008.20071) it creates a "GPUCache" folder. This just started happening with this update and it happens on several computers. Is there anyway to prevent this folder from being created? I work with thousands and thousands of PDFs a day, and this folder is going to cause massive issues for my company.
My Adobe DC updated to version 2019.008.20071 yesterday, and now it keeps crashing.
I open a pdf file, and before I can even view or read it, never mind print it, Adobe crashes!
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Same thing.
I have tried repairing the installation. Same thing.
I have tried editing preferences as suggested in the help sections.... this took about 4 tries as it keeps crashing. Still crashes!
I have tried every single solution I can find, and Adobe is still crashing!
Someone please help me fix this!
There's no actual error code, all it says is it has stopped working... and it only takes a few seconds after opening before it crashes.

I have a Document with many Pages, and I want to save 2 or 3 pages only. I can not find the Extract Pages. I am running the latest Creative Cloud app.
Also, By default every time I open Acrobat, the Page Display View is like 250%, I want it to fit to screen for everytime I open the PDF.

I scan images into my laptop, save them as PDF's, open them, right click and copy and paste in an editing program like Paint.
Problem: When I open the PDF to get my image, and I see the cursor is a "+" then I am very pleased because I know when I copy and transfer the image, it will be MASSIVE and very detailed and clear.
However, sometimes I open the PDF, and all I get is the standard pointer with no way of selecting the image except for a simple copy that turns out this tiny, blurry, pixelated mess.
Question: What gives? How can I scan one document and have the "+" show up as my cursor and fill me with delight, but then the very next image I can only see the basic mouse pointer and cannot properly transfer my image.
The inconsistency is very frustrating.
Adobe is now prompting me to login online every time I open a PDF.
How can I disable this.
Just updated Adobe Reader DC to v2019.008.20071 on Windows 10 and now cannot rotate any stamps placed. The handle at the top middle that is supposed to turn the cursor into the rotate cursor just does nothing - no change in cursor. Trying to grab and rotate just deselects the stamp. I can scale the stamp using the corner handles but not rotate at all. This behavior was not present in earlier versions. I have several Windows 10 and Windows 8.1 clients that have this same issue.
Tested on a FRESH installation of adobe reader dc and still have the same issue.

the current update (version 2019.008.20071) seems to be ignoring the setting "Preferences > Commenting > Automatically open comment pop-ups for comments other than notes": Regardless of whether I turn this setting on or off, pop-ups appear each time I highlight text.

J'ai une impression qui était bonne en version ADOBE Reader DC 2018.011.20063
depuis que je suis passée en version 2019.008.20071 l'impression d'un code barre s'est réduite en hauteur est devient presque inutilisable.
Mon impression est lancée depuis Windev 21 en ligne de commande avec les paramètres /h /p
LanceAppli(gsRepAdobeReader + "AcroRd32.exe /h /p RLIGNNA_1_TOUT.pdf" + sFic_Ressource , exeInactif, exeNonBloquant, fRépertoireTemp)
Dans mon document, j'ai 2 codes barres
1 en code 39 ... qui s'imprime toujours bien
1 en code 128 ... qui s'imprime sur une hauteur très réduite alors qu'elle devrait être sur 1.5cm (je suis obligée d'être en code 128 car j'ai un ";" dans le code barre donc je ne peux pas mettre un code 39)
Lorsque je lance l'impression du document en ligne de commande avec les paramètres /h /p => le document s'imprime mal.
Lorsque j'ouvre ADOBE READER DC puis j'ouvre le document, je clique sur imprimer => le document s'imprime bien.
Est-ce que quelqu'un a une idée pour résoudre mon problème ?
