Cannot print coupons from Smartsouce website.
I recently downloaded Adobe Acrobat reader DC as the coupon website Smartsource.ca is now using that instead of Java. I have now downloaded it and when I click on print coupons it says "coupons are being downloaded" but nothing ever happens it just sits there. I am using a Mac computer and Firefox. I turned off my Firewall to see if that was the issue but still nothing. I even tried to print with Safari and it does the same thing. Can you please help me fix this issue? Thank you! Rita

Printer not found in Reader
Just found a peculiar thing.
Running a Swedish Windows 7 32bit.
Just installed Acrobat Acrobat reader DC.
Whenever I try to print a document I get a message that Before I can print anything I need to install a printer.
I've uninstalled printer and Acrobat reader, run the cleaning tool from Adobe to remover Everything. Reinstalled the printer drivers and Adobe and there is no difference.
The printer works fin in any other program but in Adobe reader I cannot even choose a printer, it acts if there is no printer drivers at all.
Any good suggestion?

Printing Entire Workbook to pdf but pages split across several pdf files
Can anyone please explain why this occurs and how it can be remedied? Is it in fact something in Excel that causes the entire workbook NOT to appear in a single pdf file when required and if so, what can be done to stop this happening, or is it an Adobe issue and again, if so, what can be done to prevent this occurring?

Error Message - Can't Save PDFs
I keep getting this error 0xc0000022 and it won't let me save and PDFs to my computer. I have tried to uninstall acrobat from my system, but it says it's "unavailable" and won't let me uninstall or reinstall. Help please!

Bad Image and Fatal Error messages
I have been having trouble printing downloaded documents. I get the following messages:
AcroRd32.exe - Bad Image
C:\Program Files(x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\Cool Type.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error Status 0xc000012f
and
Fatal Error
Acrobat failed to load its Core DLL
Does anyone know what this means and how I can fix it? I have no phone support for this software from Adobe, which I think is absolutely ridiculous! I never had this issue before.

When sometimes I opened my working .pdf document I saw valid file. But some days ago, the file was opened with error message: There was an error opening this document. The root object is missing or invalid. Now, I don’t know how to be and fix pdf document.

Funny Characters when opening certain PDF's
Hi
I'm having trouble with some PDF files when I open them and the text is all funny and weird characters. Im currently running Adobe version 9, I tried uninstalling 9 and installing 10 but still showing the weird characters this only happens on selected PDF files. I tried uninstalling all version re installing adobe reader and even deleted the folders from my Local settings and application data but still getting problem. I installed fox it reader which shows the PDF files no problem could someone help me?

Can't sign documents Sign symbol grayed out. Adobe DC
I could sign one of the documents sent to me but I can't sign the others. I checked the security options and signing is allowed. Every time I click fill and sign it doesn't load like the other and the sign symbol is grayed out. Please help

Black & white boxes suddenly appearing on PDF when saving from PPT or Word
I've been saving a PPT document as a PDF for the past several months (it's a document I update regularly). All of a sudden, when I save to PDF, any image that was inserted from Adobe Illustrator gets translated to a black box or white box. I've tried solving this issue with suggestions from others that have offered ways to correct, but nothing is working. PLEASE HELP, I'M ON A DEADLINE TODAY!!!

Crashing of Adobe PDF Reader DC and 11
Hi,
We are experiencing problems with Acrobat Adobe Reader version 11 and DC. If we open a PDF file the program crashes within 1 minute.
So we googled a few times and came along a solution to disable in the Enhanced Security options the following check marks:
- Enable Protected Mode at startup
- Enable Enhanced Security
It seemed to do something at first, but found out pretty fast that Adobe was still crashing.
So the next step we took was to install a previous version of Adobe, version 11, but the problem occurs here to.
It does not matter what kind of PDF file we open, it crashes with all of the files.
Some information about the environment:
- Working with Remote Desktop on a cloud working space running Server 2012 R2 with Desktop Experience enabled.
- Acrobat Adobe Reader 11 and DC are installed to test it with

Hi,
I have a two questions:
1.
I was wondering if I could receive some assistance.
I'm wanting to attach a company logo in a fixed position to multiple pages in a pdf format. Is this possible and if so, how would I go about this?
2.
In one pdf I was able to use the highlighter as a brush, and text, however in other documents I cant find the same option, it kust allows me to highlight text and not as a brush. Any assistance in how to get the brush option would be much appreciated.

Unable to save a checked out PDF back to Sharepoint site
Hi,
We've recently come across a problem with saving markup changes to PDF's in a particular subsite of an internal Sharepoint farm. We get an error message that "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC cannot access the network. Please verify your computer's network connection and try again.
We can access the site by adding the Sharepoint site account manually with Acrobat, so connectivity is not an issue.
Other sites are unaffected, and it's not a permission issue as users can manually check the document out locally, then check back in with changes no problem. It seems to be a problem specific to Adobe as other PDF readers (Nuance, CutePDF) do not have this problem.
Sharepoint site is present in IE Trusted sites, Protected mode has been disabled as a test. I've gone so far as to run procmon/wireshark traces but cannot see an issue with what Acrobat Reader is doing differently that would cause it to report a "network problem". Searches of this forum and the internet have not found any other similar reports of this issue.
Desktop clients are running Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 15.023.20070, but have also tested with latest release with no change.
Hoping anyone can help shed some light on this. We're not sure Microsoft can/will support as the Sharepoint farm is working.

RdrCEF high cpu usage
Good Morning.
First of all, sorry for my low level of English.
A few days ago I installed Adobe Reader DC on all servers in my farm Citrix XenDesktop 7.6. Everything started well but now I have problems with high CPU usage. I have seen that for each user using Reader DC open between 1 and 3 processes with the same name, RdrCEF.exe. This process consumes a lot of memory and sometimes, depending on the PDF file, use much of the CPU causing performance problems in other user sessions on the server .
What is this process RdrCEF? Why it is opened several times per user ? And most importantly, how I can prevent this process use as much CPU?
I hope someone can help me.
