Adobe Reader DC Bypasses Custom Box Kyocera
I have multiple users setup to print to a custom box on a Kyocera 4500i, the custom boxes will hold any jobs from other software (firefox, chrome, osx, word, excel, etc. etc.) but when sent with the Adobe DC reader the job is printed right out and not sent to the custom box. The OS is OSX El Capitan and the Adobe Reader DC is 2015.020.20039. I have the custom box settings configured as a preset in the printer settings and can select them via the printer control panel in Adobe DC. However when printed the documents simply print out right away. I also double checked that the Kyocera Drivers are the most current and that the firmware on the Kyocera 4500i is as well.

"I've forgotten my password for my signature"
Is a common problem we are experiencing with our forms - and we currently are telling staff to uninstall Adobe Reader, re-install it, and re-create their digital ID and signature.
There must be a better way. Any suggestions?

Unable to convert document using Export PDF service
I recently installed Acrobat Reader on my Windows PC. I purchased Export PDF two days ago. My account info shows that the purchase went through. When I go into Export PDF and select my document, select Excel, and hit convert I get redirected to the web page offering me to buy the product. I rebooted several times with no success. I am on Windows 10. I also tried to do the same thing on my IPad with the same result.

Document will not print with Security turned ON
Is there really no fix to the issue of printing from Reader DC without turning the Security off?
I've read multiple posts in multiple forums about this MAJOR BUG in Reader DC. Are there any Adobe staff people here (since they don't allow direct support for Reader) that have a real answer for this issue and an expected resolution date?
My inclination is to not have my client buy Acrobat, but rather to go to some other PDF program. I get that Adobe may get some licensing from that, but more to the point is that is does not make Adobe the "go to" brand for them for anything else in the future.

pdf files opening as .doc
All my pdf files are now converted to .doc / Microsoft (not my doing or choice) and I have to manually open and use adobe to read instead of double clicking. How do I solve this problem and convert all the files back to pdf as they were originally?

Adobe Reader DC RdrCEF.EXE Application Error
Whenever user opens up a PDF (Either in an attached email or from the desktop), the "RdrCEF.EXE - Application Error" will pop up. See attached. I have tried the following:
Complete uninstall/reinstall of Adobe Reader DC
Clearing out Temporary data of Adobe in the AppData folder
Opening Adobe as Administrator
Forcing the Right tool bar to not open on startup through preferences
After clicking OK, the adobe does not crash and the user can continue viewing the PDF.
Any troubleshooting steps or advice would be helpful.

IE 11 crashing with Acrobat Plugin in Win 10 1507 - Bug 4146758?
I've got multiple users reporting crashes with Internet Explorer 11 and their Acrobat Reader DC plugin 2015.020.20042. These users are on Windows 10 x64, version 1511. I do see an open problem in the Acrobat Reader "Known Issues" list at Known issues | Adobe Acrobat DC, Reader DC
Problem: IE crashes on launching PDF embedded with buttons in HTML [On Win 10 RedStone - Consistent, Win 10 - intermittent] [4146758]
Is this problem new with the November 3rd release? Can I roll back to the October release to solve it? And has Adobe released any interim fix we could apply before the next version of Acrobat Reader DC comes out?

Need to get my .pdf formats back
I have always used Adobe .pdf formats (Acrobat or Adobe Reader) to save documents that I downloaded from the web. However, at some point all of my .pdf files were converted to the Kingsoft .wps suite. Is there a way that I can re-convert all of the files from Kingsoft .wps format back to .pdf, either singly or as a group?

Reader XI unable to print
I'm using Adobe reader XI version 11.0, not sure if there's any difference between adobe reader and acrobat reader but i've never had such issues before until recently.
I'm unable to print any document when using Reader and i have to send the document to my email and open it as Adobe acrobat document file before i can print successfully.
When i click on 'print' in the reader file, it shows sending to printer, and the dialog page disappears but my printer shows 'completed - error' and there is no way to get any more info other than that.
Does anyone know how do i troubleshoot this issue?
I've tried repairing the software, updating to the latest but it still doesn't work and it's happening out of nowhere since it was working fine all along.

Insufficient data for an Image - Adobe Reader DC Ver 2015.020.20042
Good day all,
Getting an error when viewing PDF documents of "insufficient data for an image". The error occurs on random PDF's and with multiple different users. I can open the PDF but get the error on a specific page, which is then left black. Rest of the document is viewing fine. Aka can view page 1-3 no error, Page 4 - I will get the error message and is blank but can view page 5-20 again no issue.
Checked and verified that all Adobe Acrobat updates are loaded.
Tested the same document with Microsoft Edge, PDF Viewer and Microsoft Word without any errors.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hello,
Does anyone know where I can get the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC that I have listed in the subject line of this forum? The one on the adobe website isn't the most current one. I am a tech director and have this version on my Macbook, but I am trying to get the download to put it on my teachers Macbooks because they are having lots of problems with version 39. Any ideas on where I can get the current download?

Adobe Reader use on server
Hello,
Our company would like to install Adobe Reader on a server (maybe 2 servers). The prupose of the installation is to open "help documentation" for Wedge application. We would like to avoid the need of accepting the licensing terms everytime by every single user. There will be a lot of user accesing the server. Is signing the Adobe Runtimes / Reader Distribution License Agreement an option we could use? I read through the agreement and there are 2 sections which I am not quite sure I understand.
The below "Server use" section states that we can install just one copy. Does that mean one copy per server or one copy on server in general within a company? We need the installation on 2 servers.
Server Use.
Distributor may install one copy of the Software on a computer file server within Distributor’s Intranet for the sole and exclusive purpose of allowing use of the Software from an unlimited number of client computers on Distributor’s Intranet via (a) the Network File System (NFS) for UNIX versions of the Software, (b) Windows Terminal Services, (c) Citrix, or (d) in the case of Adobe Reader, allowing printing within Distributor’s Intranet. Unless otherwise expressly permitted hereunder, no other server or
network use of the Software is permitted. By way of example, the foregoing does not permit Distributor to serve the Software as an element of an Intranet or Internet hosted service.
Is that so that we can by some settings turn off the display of the end user license agreement in distributed copies.
Sublicensing
Requirements. Distributor will distribute, and will ensure that its distributors and resellers distribute, the Software under the Adobe end user license agreement accompanying the Software. If the Software offers or displays such agreement as a part of its installation, Distributor will not configure the Software to avoid such offer or display. As a specific exception to the above, a Distributor that distributes copies of the Adobe Reader or Adobe AIR over an Intranet as permitted by Section 3.2 (a) may suppress the display of the end user license agreement in distributed copies, provided that it does so in accordance with any customization wizard and documentation provided by Adobe and provided, further, that, prior to such distribution, Distributor accepts the terms of such agreement on behalf of itself and all of its Intranet end users.
