can't add signature for adobe acrobat reader dc
Hi, I'm using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2015.008.20082 with Mac OS X 10.10.3. When I click on the "sign" icon, I do not get the "add signature" or "add initials" drop-down options, I only see earlier signatures. I must have gotten it previously in order to create the signatures I already have, but now I don't get it. I tried reinstalling the reader but nothing changed. I looked at the preferences for creating a signature and did not see a place to turn this on. Please help, this is driving me nuts! Thanks.

After 11.0.10 update Save as gives the error "there was a problem reading this document (21)"
We have some PDF reports that are generated from Microsoft Dynamcs AX.
When we try to "Save as" we get an error.
The client PCs that have Reader 11.0.08 do not have any problems.
The PCs that have Reader 11.0.10 give the following messages on save as:
"The document could not be saved. There was a problem reading this document (21)"
when I click OK to that error I get "Out of memory error"
I read that holding down CTRL when clicking OK would give additional information, and it told me this: "This direct object already has a container"
No older versions of Reader have had any problems with these same PDF files.

Unable to edit and save pdf files produced with 'Creo Normailizer JTP'
Problem: Open a pdf file produced with 'Creo Nomalizer JTP' from Acrobat Reader 11.0.10.
The document can be edited but it can't be saved due to below error
Error: The document could not be saved. There was a problem reading this document(109)
Reason: Object label badly formed
Details:
1. OS: Windows 7
2. pdf file to be edited and saved
PDF Producer: Creo Normalizer JTP
Fast Web View: No
PDF Version: 1.6
3. Adobe Acrobat Reader Version: 11.0.10

Note: As given in some forums, I have unchecked the Edit-> Preferences-> Save As Optimizes for Fast Web View and tried with 'Save As' option.
But after this, we get different Error code as below
Error: The document could not be saved. There was a problem reading this document(135)

The document could not be printed
When I try to print my bills from TREO or Telus website with Adobe Acrobat, and yes my printer is working, as I have tested it using other programs, and has all the up to date drivers.
This is the message I get:
"The document could not be printed"
then I have to check OK
Then, "There were no pages selected to print."
I have tried just leaving printing all pages, selecting one page typing in a page number, printing it as an image, saving it to my computer and trying to print it from there, renaming the file and printing it, emailing it to myself as an attachment and printing it. Nothing has worked. I am convinced it is a problem with Adobe. I have downloaded the most recent version: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and the old one worked at least. This one I cannot print anything from.
Please help! I have wasted enough time already on this, trying to print my bills!

I have been wondering for a while why there are two different downloads for Acrobat Reader and Acrobat Pro/Standard: "Continuous" (DC) and "Classic" (2015).
I noticed that these install into different folders (Reader: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader DC\Reader or C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 2015\Reader); store the Preferences in different keys (Reader: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\ or HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\2015\), and of course there are two branches on the FTP server:

Payment processed, but application not downloaded

I have paid for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, but I am not able to download the application, after followign the instruction mentioned in the mail (confirming my order). Also strangely, this application needs to be downloaded through Creative cloud app.

Using Windows 7, last night auto updated Adobe Reader and it took over all .EXE and Shortcut files.

The fix was to uninstall Adobe Reader. Tried re-installing this morning but same problem immediately. Is there a fix or do I have to go for a different PDF Reader?

Error 16 in Windows Event logging Acrobat Reader DC
Hello,
I uninstalled Acrobat Reader XI.0.10 today (that had no eventlog-errors at all for my desktop Win 7 x64, nicely updated), and did a clean install of the new Acrobat Reader DC Dutch.
The reader works perfectly, but everytime I start the application, it creates a red error 16 in the windows event logger. The only information the event contains reads that "the acobat reader tries to reach a component that is not installed or corrupt on my computer. Try to re-install it...."
I did so, but the error 16 keeps on coming... I completely de-installed Reader DC, and reinstalled the former Acrobat Reader XI.0.10 again, and all errors 16 are gone, so there must be a bug in the new Reader DC-application/installer.
Does anyone has the same problem or a solution ??
