I already purchased year subscription to Adobe converter and recently purchased a new laptop (windows 8). I've installed reader on my new laptop and it's accepted my password, however it still wants to charge me to purchase the converter subscription. Can you help?
Adobe reader converter wants to charge me again when I already paid for it.
Acrobat Reader can't see the digital signature on the UK tax CT600 form.
Hi all. I've downloaded it a number of times from the HMRC website and tried both Acrobat DC and Acrobat 10. Neither seem to think it's signed and unless I can add the signature to my trust list, I can't file my tax return. Running Windows 8 and Acrobat 10 and DC. It's the pre April 2015 form. Anyone else having this problem?
Windows 10 - Acrobat reader support in Edge Browser
Hi Acrobat Reader,
Our customers wanted an immediate answer for Windows 10 Acrobat reader support. Noticed the adobe reader cannot be configured in the Windows 10 Edge browser when tested using Windows 10 RT releases. Is it possible to configure it, if yes, how to? Any new version of Acrobat reader is coming out that supports windows 10? Please respond.

Prashant
What is suspicious.Cloud.7.L, real threat, perceived threat, or false positive? ebook.api
Norton updated to a newer version and then flagged and removed a number of files as "Heuristic Viruses". One of these was an adobe product, c:\program files (x86)\adobe\reader\11.0\reader\plug_ins\ebook.api. It calls it Suspicious.Cloud.7.L, Type: Anomaly, Risk: High, Category: Heuristic Virus. I think all that this means is that this adobe product is built in such a way that makes it vulnerable to attack, but I do not have enough information to say that is only the case. Is this a real threat (virus), just a perceived vulnerability by Norton, or a false positive?
Do digital signatures conform to British Standard
Hi,
Within our organisation we are currently going paperless and are starting to use digital signatures but a requirement for the use of digital signatures and the security of these has to conform to British Standard BSI BIP0008-1:2014 or ISO 27001:2013.
Is anyone able to tell me if adobe digital signatures conform to either of these and is there a policy which states they do?
Many Thanks

DC fonts appear ugly. How can they be changed?
Hi!
I recently updated from Adobe Reader XI to Adobe Reader DC. Apart from the UI, I realized that the font (or its display) of the PDFs changed dramatically. Now it looks horribly ugly! And the readability suffers substantially! Here is a comparison:

Unable to delete temporary files
I am running Acrobat Reader 11.0.0 in a XenApp 6.5 Environment on Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1. We have recently started using Mandatory profiles and the option set to delete cached profiles on logoff. We have started noticing that some of the profiles are not being deleted because of files that are locked by the system. The files are named Z@*.tmp. I have done some research into the issue and have found an article on your website that mentions this issue specifically:
Please note this article is dated 11/2011 and seems to refer only to XP, NT, and 2003 server. Also at the bottom of the article it states the following:
Following our testing we have discovered that the issue does not occur in Windows 7, or Windows 2008 Server. It seems that the updated versions of Windows provide a solution to this issue. We would therefore recommend updating your OS if possible.
I have found that this is not that case and this issue seems to remain, at least in my configuration.
Rotation wrong
I am scanning a number of documents into pdf. The problem is that I scan them in portrait orientation and when the scan is complete, some page, that had been portrait, have turned to landscape. Is there a setting I'm missing that allows you to scan in the orientation you want and not have miscellaneous pages through out the document come out in landscape? It's very annoying and It makes it difficult to get a proper finished pdf. Thanks

Cannot disable Reader DC IE Plugin
I am trying to disable Adobe Reader DC Internet Explorer plugin on about 100 computers. I need Adobe Reader to run inderpendantly. I can do this with other apps via Group Policy but not with Adobe Reader.
If I disable the ActiveX pluging manally like so (as per Acrobat Help | Display PDF in browser | Acrobat DC, Acrobat Reader DC):
...PDF documents still open from within the browser. I can see Reader is running within Internet Explorer:
How can I disable the plugin?
