1. Whilst trying to enter the query below I went through the whole query process before being redirected to the Registration page. There was no indication that I needed to register so it was unclear why I had been redirected to this page. If there is a need to register before asking a query wouldn't it be a good idea to mention this somewhere in the Help screens?
2. Whilst updating Acrobat the same process also automatically downloaded Google Chrome, can you explain to me how this can be done to my PC without my authorisation? At no point during the download process was I told that I would be downloading Chrome, and it was only after the download completed was I given, in very small characters, an option not to set it up. This was an extremely underhand way of getting Chrome on to my PC and I'm unclear whether this is legal without asking for my authorisation.
