Hello everyone!
I recently installed the update AcroRdrDCUpd1901220036_MUI in our Citrix environment (Server 2016). Since then I have the following problem: When users open a PDF attachment in Outlook 365 and then click on Print, the Reader crashes. Unfortunately you have to close the reader via the Task Manager because it doesn't react anymore.
- If the PDF is not opened in Outlook but the option "Quick Print" is used, the printing works.
- If I save the PDF and open it with the Adobe Reader the printing also works.
Only the first explained combination of open PDF in Outlook and then print causes problems.
What could be the reason? Does anyone else have the error?
