I am on a Toshiba netbook w/ a very small monitor but cannot press the button to accept the License?

I am on a Toshiba Netbook model NB 305. It has a very small monitor but when trying to accept the license agreeement, there is no button to check, anywhere on the page. The window is not resizable and I am not able to proceed using the software b/c I am unable to accept the agreement! I moved the taskbar to the right, instead of the bottom b/c doing that helped me load my MS Office Suite and accept the agreement but that did not help in this case. The button is simply not there so it's not a case of too small of a screen. What can I do now? Arrrrgh - S.O.S!
