OK, so I have created a new pdf from a word 2003 document using the Convert to PDF toolbar option. When I open the document in Acrobat Standard 7 (company standard for creating pdf files) all my links work fine. However, when my co-workers open the pdf using Reader 8 (company standard for opening pdfs) a little hand with a w in a box appears when you hover over the link Image may be NSFW.

but when you click it nothing happens, e.g. the weblink does not open. Any ideas why? Is there a setting I need to change somewhere?
