I am trying to insert page numbering, and can't seem to find any way to achieve this. Having followed advice from various internet sites, it seems the Page option in one of the pannels is the way to go, but I have no such option available. I have opened the file in Acrobat Pro XI and at the top of the screen the options are File, Edit View Window and Help. On the right I can see Common Tools, and this gives me the option to see Page thumbnails, but no header or footer options. What am I missing?
