do andybody know since which version of Adobr Reader the command <path to Acrobat> /A "<open parameter>=OpenActions" "<path to PDF file>" for DOS-shell is available??
Because i wanna use this command on a system with Adobe Acrobat 4.0 and 5.0 
.
If there is an other solution to open the file at a specific page from DOS shell please tell me 
.

I encounter these pop-up errors while using acrobe reader.
Application popup: AcroRd32.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x60866fe0" referenced memory at "0x0000002c". The memory could not be "read".

But the problem clear after a while. Anybody know why?

Seizure after opening .pdf files.
Please would Adobe consider enabling the ability to add the comment/mark up icons to the toolbar.
If this were possible, it would permit the pane on the right which contains the comment icons to be closed, giving a tidier work space.
I would be very grateful indeed if this could be considered.

When I download a brochure from a website off my mac the page is black and tells me to close adobe/acrobat. I do not have any problems printing or opening pdf files sent to me or I can send them also.

Hi All,
I have few PDF files with 3D Assembly Geometry in 3D View.
Once you select a part in 3D View on right click menu, there are various options available like "Part Options".
In Adobe Reader 10.1.0 and 10.1.4 these opetions get automatically disabled after a while and you have to close PDF and reopen in order to enable them.
whereas Adobe Reader XI and 9.0 works fine with these PDFs. i.e. options are selectable when part is selected and get disabled when Part is not selected.
Is there any know issue with Adobe Reader X version due to which this is happening.
Any pointers would be appreciated.

I have a 37 page PDF that needs to be printed without page breaks on a continuous printer. How do I get the page breaks removed form the printed format?
We have a pdf form that works fine on Adobe Reader X. But if we try to open the same file on Adobe Reader XI the form fields are shown with a different font size and cut in half what we type. We only can see the bottom half. What we can do to fix this?
I am filling in a form and I get a message that "Adobe Reader has stopped working" and then another box says "Please close Program" and I lose my work since my last save.

Was trying to set a document view in right-to-left (book) order by setting 'Binding' option to 'Right Edge', but found it is disabled.
How can I enable it?

Hi There,
I have a problem with Adobe Reader X
When i open a large PDF file (1000 pages ore more) then after a while scrolling up and down trough the document my icons in the toolbar are lost!!! The toolbar it self and the page number and character size box are visuable.
This happens olso for the other documents that i have opened on that moment.
Only solution so far is close everything and start adobe reader all over again.
here are two screenshots to clarify what i mean:

Any ideas what is causing this?

I have a new Samsung Ulimate laptop with Windows 8- Nice machine but not fit for purpose as I cannot preview pdf files in Windows Explorer- every file just has the pdf icon with no preview and only the filename to differentiate them. Is this a known problem. Is there a reliable fix?
Do I need Acrobat or is it also possible to create pdf only with the reader.

Recently I cannot launch Reader to see pdf files that are attached to emails or on internet websites although the ability to launch and view archieved pdf files is not affected.

i ve got an error message in Reader XI. "Impossible to extract the font ...-dsrom12......". Some mathematical symbols are not read.
Is it possible to help that somehow?
I have scanned my resuem with attaching references into my MAC laptop yet I cannot attach the file to online job applications because I keep receiving a message stating that the file is empty, yet when I open the file it is not empty.
I have Reader XI, use Windows and Firefox. Just recently I am unable to print pdfs attached to emails. I have uninstalled and reinstalled reader, have tried to 'print as image' but nothing is working. Instead of printing, the system is frozen and I must shut down and restart the computer. What can I do to fix this?
