Our company bought a few "Adobe Acrobat Professional DC2015 12.0 MLP AOO License NL" and could successfully activate it on our client computers.
Though every time they try to edit a PDF they get a notification saying this option is not included in the licence.
It happens specifically with one licence key.
Can anyone contact me about this issue?
I am attempting to open a pdf document created in 2012 and am receiving the following error message:
(file name) Unable to find suitable font for ISO-8859-8 encoding.
Can anyone provide me with a solution on how to open the file?

When we select to Check for Updates in Adobe Reader DC, it offers for download only the current version that we have which is 2017.009.20058.37826. It proceeds to download it and will run through the installer and stay on its current version. I have confirmed via a packet trace that it is downloading the update from the Akamai content distribution service after checking in with the adobearm URL.
The log for the installer is pasted below. due to the environment the option of uninstalling the client completely and installing the latest version is not an option. We need to get the updater working. Can anyone help?

hello, we recently moved back home after it flooded in baton rouge. I have been trying to pay my utility bill that only allows it through adobe. on my mac i can pay W/O issue. But on the phone, no program I try will allow to send payment. what am I missing?

I have a user running Windows 10, Adobe Reader DC. When he tries to open a .pdf from a network drive he gets the following error: "There was an error opening this document. Bad file handle" He can move it to his pc locally and open, and we are able to open web documents. I have tried doing a repair, remove and install, and switching the default app to edge and back again and have been unable to fix. Any help is appreciated.
I'm having an issue pushing out Reader DC 15.016.20039 using an application package I created with SCCM 2012R2. I believe I've narrowed down the issue to the Command-Line syntax I'm using. I'm trying to install Reader with an MST file I created using Adobe's Customization app.
If I use the following syntax msiexec /i "AcroRead.msi" /q, then Reader will install successfully on any workstation I push it to.
When I use the following syntax msiexec /i "AcroRead.msi" /q TRANSFORMS="AcroRead.mst", the installation fails.
I am able to manually install Reader with the MST file using the following syntax msiexec /i [UNC PATH]\AcroRead.msi TRANSFORMS="AcroRead.mst" /qb so I know it's not an issue with the shared folder, permissions or the MST file I had created.
Any help, advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!!

Other than the default exporting PDF data to XML format function, does the Adobe Acrobat DC 2015.006 have any of the above capabilities or have those functionalities be moved to other Adobe products? I have been searching for hours trying to find a direct answer to my question and have been totally unsuccessful..
The default export option is not practical because it exports data in alphabetical order by field name. I would be happy If it exported it by Tab Order..
I am using Acobat Reader 9. I can only highlight the text or make a comment using a bubble, but I can't use the functions to insert text or delete text.

Hier nochmals mein Problem wohl schon seit 2015 bestehendes Problem. Vorstehender Fehler ist in englischsprachigen Ländern unter der Nr. 2753 bereits aufgetreten, eine Lösung leider aber noch nicht im deutschsprachigen Raum kommuniziert. Welche Lösung bietet sich hier an? Vor allem ist auch eine Deinstallation nicht möglich.

My company is new to Acrobat DC. We need to insert new scanned pages into patient files and then save the patient file in its original location and with its original name. However, Acrobat won't allow us to do this and we end up having to take extra steps to save the patient file under a new name then to delete the previous patient fime and give the new file the previous name. Can we turn something off (or on) in Preferences to allow us to simply click Save after we insert the new pages?

locked icon view mode when sending a scanned document so it only shows first page of attachment
I have two identical Windows 10 computers, each with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (2017 Release, Version 2017.012.200978) on a network. If I copy a PDF file from one computer, say “A”, to a shared folder on the other, say “B”, and then edit the file on “B” from Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on “B” e.g. add a comment, the PDF file then becomes invisible to “A” i.e. “A” can see all the other files in the folder except the edited PDF file. Further, if one then attempts to copy the same PDF file to the same folder on “B” thereafter, the is an error message that “A” does not have permission to paste the file. “A” can only paste the PDF file again to the folder in “B” if “B” deletes the edited file first.
What is causing this and how can I overcome it?
The PDFs are generated using IBM Cognos via a Web Interface. What's interesting is that for my Cognos Dev and Test URLs, my IE 11 on my laptop displays the PDFs fine in the browser via Acrobat Reader DC (latest released version). My Prod Cognos URL from my laptop will display the PDF for about 3 seconds in the IE 11 browser window then the screen goes dark gray. If I remote desktop to the Prod Cognos Web Server and repeat above experiment, it works fine. It seems that Reader DC (or IE 11) is sensitive to some difference network characteristic. I don't have anything set in my local IE Trusted Sites. Any ideas?

When I am printing a document in Adobe Reader on my HP Envy 4527, it automatically prints in greyscale (B&W), while others in my family, who use different laptops, but the same printer, don't have the same issue.
The print dialogue, where I have the option to print in greyscale is unticked, but it is also lighter in colour and as such is locked, so I could not tick it on or off anyway, which means that there is some sort of default elsewhere that makes all of my printing in greyscale.
Can anyone advise, where I can remove the default to greyscale?

Jeg har netop installeret Adobe Reader på min nye Lenovo PC og oplever problemer med scroll op/ned funktionen. Jeg ved ikke om det er pga min PC eller om det er et problem med mit download, men når jeg forsøger at scrolle op eller ned med touchpad'en, blinker det lille dokument i højre side (det der viser miniature-udgave af siden) og jeg kommer ikke til næste side, med mindre jeg har scroller flere gange - eller bruger piletasterne... Jeg kan altså godt bruge programmet, men det er mindre smooth end det plejer og mere besværligt at manøvrere rundt imellem siderne. Kan nogen hjælpe med at fixe problemet? Jeg har forsøgt med fejlfinding uden held og jeg mangler ikke den nyeste opdatering.

I just installed Adobe Reader on my new Lenovo laptop and I'm experiencing a problem with the scroll up/down funtion in the document. I don't know if it has to do with my laptop or if it is a problem with the dowload, but whenever I try to scroll (wtih the touchpad) the small 'preveiw' of the pages to the right kind of glimps several times and doesn't change to next page unless I do it twice or more in a row. It is quite anoying and it's harder to navigate in the doc (I can use the arrow keys). So, I can use the program, but it's not very smooth... Can anyone help me to fix the problem? I've tryed error detecting, wich didn't help and I should have the newest version.

i´m in the need to replace Adobe Reader 11 as of end of life which means no further security updates.
Now i´m not sure which version to choose. I would like to use a "non"-cloud version. This would be Adobe Reader 2017.
This raises some questions like product lifecylce, functionalities, etc.
I tried to find an overview of all versions (ReaderDC 2015, Reader DC 2018, Reader 2017) but wasn´t successfull.
Also a product roadmap would be helpfull to make a decision which version to go for.
Any help is highly appreciated!

Hi I have a pdf on my workstation that I added comments to throughout the document. I can search on the workstation using the index of comments on the right and it works great. I would also like this ability on my ipad. I can upload the document to the Acrobat cloud and access the pdf on my ipad using the Acrobat DC app. BUT I cannot use the search icon on the bottom to search on the comments. Is this possible?
My pdf-file consists of two columns and I want them to be arranged horizontally without any columns. I use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and I have already achieved that by accidentally typing the required shortcut. Unfortunately, I couldn´t reproduce the shortcut so far and I don´t know the name of this tool. I would be very thankful for any advice!!!
