Hi there
I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version 2018.009.20050 on a Mac OS X 10.10.5
When I used the "fill and sign" option to fill in some details, they were editable throughout the day.
But when I opened the pdf the next day, the entries that I made using the "fill and sign" option were flattened and could not be edited.
How do I prevent my entries from flattening.
Any input on this will be appreciated.

Anyone have a solution to Adobe acrobat reader DC not opening pdf files, or even opening after the latest Windows 10 update?
I needed the adobe cleaner to uninstall, but when reinstalled it still will not open
Pdf file resets back to cover page after closing file when previously the file would remain at last page visited.

With protected mode turned on, issue when opening PDFs from IE when add-on is enabled. Error: "There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running please exit and try again. (0:104)."
How to replicate:
Go to Google.com on IE
Search: PDF test file
Click the first in the list. e.g. https://graduateland.com/api/v2/users/jesper/cv

Reading and testing I made a custom protectedmode config file to try exclude everything and work my way back to fix however that also errors, you can see those custom exlusions below. ProtectedMode Log file below.

As you can see looks like its still having issues reading. \REGISTRY\MACHINE\Software\Adobe
I've uninstalled/re-installed manually and still having the same issue. Any suggestions?
I would really like "Protected Mode" to be left on by default with the IE add-on.
Same version works fine on Windows 10 x64bit.

I am lodging this question as one of our staff members when opening PDF files or even Adobe Reader by itself also spawns several suspended AcroRd32.exe processes with it. This in turn consumes a lot of CPU resources and slows the machine. Once all of the processes are closed everything works as expected.
We have tried the latest version of Adobe Reader DC and the previous build.
Any advice is welcomed.

I use Windows 7. A couple of weeks ago, all my PDF's were readable. Today, for example, they are readable in folders with a name beginning with a letter from 'A' to 'F'. Then those that are in folders with a name beginning with a letter 'G' to 'Z' are not readable. If I transfer all my PDF's to a memory stick they are all readable! I've re-install the software several times. Anyone with advice?
When signing pdfs located on a DFS replicated directory some of our users recieve the below error message.
No other application is accessing the file at the times these files are signed as confirmed by proccess monitor.
Has anyone else seen this error message before?
Getting an AcroRd32.exe or WerFault.exe application error every time I try to open a pdf. It reads: "Instruction at 0x0000646e referenced memory at 0x0000646e. The memory could not be written. Click on OK to terminate the program" I can't get rid of this popup when I click "OK" or "Close" I can still open a pdf, but the popup cannot be closed and my PC runs a lot slower, both of which are annoying to say the least. Can someone help me?
listed in os, works with word, etc, but when i use adobe reader and wish to print a pdf, the printer is not listed! os = Windows 7 64bit, printer hp m451dw. Tried upgarding adobe to reader XI but no change. Please help!

Our company is using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (newest version) with a Terminal server Windows Server 2012 R2 to print PDF's. For a while we have the problem that the print dialogue opens after roughly 8 seconds (this should be 1-2 seconds) after clicking "print".
We know for sure that the printers are all on the right network and can be found, there is no problem there.
We have tried whitelisting the filepath in the security(advanced) tab, this didn't work.
In other applications, like Word, this works flawless.
Is there anything we could try to speed up the print dialogue?

My insurance company is sending me documents & billing notices that require I enter a password to view them. Obviously, I know the password, but it's time consuming to use it each time. Is there a way to remove the password requirement on Reader DC for documents that are sent to me?
When I open Adobe Acrobat Reader DC in macOS Sierra 10.12.4 it crashes after a few seconds. The whirling beachball of terror appears, and I have to Force Quit the application. I have uninstalled the program manually and reinstalled it, but it still crashes. Is there a way to fix this?

First of all, sorry for my low level of English.
A few days ago I installed Adobe Reader DC on all servers in my farm Citrix XenDesktop 7.6. Everything started well but now I have problems with high CPU usage. I have seen that for each user using Reader DC open between 1 and 3 processes with the same name, RdrCEF.exe. This process consumes a lot of memory and sometimes, depending on the PDF file, use much of the CPU causing performance problems in other user sessions on the server .
What is this process RdrCEF? Why it is opened several times per user ? And most importantly, how I can prevent this process use as much CPU?

I'm locking down Adobe Reader DC 2017 Classic Track, everything is going to plan, I've blocked the updater, all web services, the problem i'm having is that "bAcroSuppressUpsell" doesn't seem to block Adobe Reader advertising the mobile app.
Any ideas?

We are having many issues with IE11 crashing showing error 'Stopped Working' when viewing PDF files within the browser, I have found many sources stating to disable PDF in browser and show them in the Reader application instead, unfortunately in our case viewing the PDF files externally to IE is not an option.

I recently purchased a Microsoft Surface Book 2. I have it connected to a dock on our network. As long as it is connected to the dock/network, I am able to open 3D PDFs and manipulate them with no issues. Once I disconnect the Surface Book 2 from the dock, the 3D PDF becomes unstable and a solid white rectangle opens in the middle of the screen and I lose 90% visibility of what is on the screen and lose all functionality.
Does anyone have any experience with why this might be happening?
