Through my research I've found that the DC versions do not support using Fill & Sign for form based PDF files. Is this going to be fixed?

Adobe Reder XI digital signature won't work
I sign contracts with Adobe Reader XI. I have used this numerous times to sign forms and then yesterday, it just stops working? I open the document I need to sign, in the upper right corner I click on the Sign tab. I then go down to the icon that states place signature. This is where I usually just click and then paste my signture where needed.......what happened? Why doesn't this work? What am I doing wrong?

Acrobat DC won't install
I've seen that lots of ppl have this issue and I can't understand why this is such a problem. I have Win 7 and the darn thing will not install. I never had any problems with Acrobat before the "DC" version, not its useless. I've tried the fixes, no AV software, etc, no luck.

Tried to instal Adobe Reader on Mac, "Newest version already installed"
I am trying to install Adobe Reader on my MAC. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I continue to get the message that the newest version is already installed...

Installation problem after uninstalling DC
I installed Adobe Acrobat DC three days ago, yesterday when trying to merge multiple files from word to for a single PDF, all I got was error message. I then uninstalled the program with the intent of reinstalling it to hopefully solve the problem. Now Adobe says that I installed it three days ago and won't let me download the application. What do I do.

Overwriting the document fails and corrupts the document
Repro steps:
1- Add comments to an existing PDF (I chose Add text box to a slide)
2- Save and attempt to override
3- Even though it is the exact same filename "10.pdf" (I don't want to Save As every time I save...), it shows: "The document could not be saved. Cannot save to this filename. Please save the document with a different name or in a different folder".
Then I have no choice to Press Ok, the file name becomes a random file name (In my case A9R1lmfbci_12qsx1a_92s.tmp) and the whole pdf becomes blank, so I have no chance to get all the comments I did and therefore, loosing all the commenting I've been doing
So basically I would flag this as a bug in overwriting the file, and I have no clue what else can it be. For now I save as each time I save, but that's becoming quiet a time waster...

Mac doesn't show some PDF documents
I'm having an issue with some of the PDF files (not all of them...most of the times they are displayed fine) where I get the message on my Mac (El Capitan OSX) saying:
The guys at the Apple store couldn't help and got the same message with the PDF file I showed them on 2 of their Macs running El Capitan and Yosemite. Of course, I downloaded the latest version of the Adobe Reader but I still keep getting the same message in both the Adobe PDF Reader as well as in Preview.
Does anyone know the issue for this and how to fix it?

Acrobat Reader DC
I have subscribed for an Acrobat Reader DC. Is it the same as Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Acrobat Reader? I'm trying to convert a PDF document to a Word document so I can make changes but it doesn't allow me. Also is there a contact number that I can call when I need help. Thank you.

Acrobat DC loses Quick Tool Icons
Hi There,
We have a user who is running the latest version of Acrobat DC Professional. They have an problem where when they open up a PDF document from Outlook, any customisations to the 'quick tools' menu are lost - and other items like the digital signature need to be set up each time they open a PDF document.
If the user sets up their configuration (open Acrobat manually), close Acrobat, and reopen the settings are there.
If the user Opens the PDF via Outlook the digital signature and tool bar customisations are gone, if they close it and open Acrobat normally the settings need to be up again.
I can't seem to replicate this at my end.
I have checked various settings and have reinstalled Acrobat fully, restarted the PC and installed it, as well as running repairs.

Programmatically hide toolbars
Hello,
We have implemented plug-in to load PDF files. Considering the PDF file is displayed with all toolbars (Left, Right, Top & Heads-Up display) by default, we have a requirement to hide all toolbars except the Left toolbar. Is there an API that can be used to achieve the same.

not able to add 3rd party plugins in adobe reader DC on mac(10.9.5)
Hi,
I am trying to install 3rd party plugin in adobe reader DC on mac but its not showing. The same plugin was able to install and show up in Reader 11.
I got to know from Acrobat DC removes Acrobat XI and plug-ins compatibility issue that plugins should be 64 bit to get installed but I didnt mention anywhere in my code about bit(32 or 64).

Printing - File size increases from 300kb to 20mb
Hi
I'm trying to print some PDF's but it is taking an age to spool and printing 20-30mins per page.
I have been in touch with Xerox and they tell me Acrobat is increasing my file size from 300kb to 20+mb and thats why its taking so long.
I'm running windows 10 and using Acrobat Reader DC.
Can anyone help?

Adobe Reader DC freeze when clicking Attach to email
Hi
I installed the latest version of Adobe Reader DC on a terminal server running Windows 2008 R2 and Outlook 2016. When a user clicks 'attach to email' in adobe reader dc a new email opens and the file is attached but then adobe reader dc is unreponsive. The only thing you can do is kill it in the task bar and open it again.
Any thoughts?

'Save' behaves like 'Save as'
Hi,
We have an application which exports files users open to a network drive.
For example
- User opens file for editing.
- File gets exported to \\SERVER\<Username>\document.pdf - A folder which the user has full read & write access to.
- File gets opened with Acrobat Reader.
- The user makes markups and comments.
- When the user hits 'Save' the 'Save as' box comes up. The expected behavior would be for Acrobat reader to save the file in the folder it opened the file without asking.
This essentially breaks the application as it is not expected that the user knows how to access \\SERVER\<Username>\.
The same behavior happens when opening a PDF on a local drive outside of the application.
Users with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC does not experience this bug.
Tried, but failed solutions:
Disabling 'Show online storage when saving files'
'Repair installation' under the Help menu.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Version 2015.010.20060

Can't make Reader my default in WIndows 10
Truth be told, I'm a lifelong Mac person. I recently installed Parallels 11 along with Windows 10. I downloaded Acrobat Reader hoping to set it up as my default PDF program. Every time I open Reader, I am asked if I want to "make it default". I answer OK and then am asked by Windows if it's OK to modify the system, which I agree. I always get the return "Adobe Reader was unable to become your default PDF application".
How do I make Reader my default PDF application?

How often ist EU Trustlist updated ?
When pressing the button to update the certificates from European Union, Adobe Reader says something like "certificates have been updated", but not all CA certifcates included in EUTL can be used to verifiy signed PDF documents.
We verified this by parsing http://trustlist.adobe.com/eutl12.acrobatsecuritysettings, which dosn't include all certificates currently in the EUTL.
How often are the certificates updated ?

Exporting document data to Google Sheets or some remote location - Can it be done? (RESTful API, etc.?)
Is this possible? Could someone point me to a point of reference if so? We are trying to seamlessly and quickly export all field data signed off on via Acrobat on our mobile tabs, and this would fit in very nicely instead of manually entering the data from the submitted PDFs.

Saving PDF
WHy can't I save PDF files that are sent to me via web to my computer? It only allows me to save to a cloud location, which I neither have, don't trust, and will never want to do. I bought a laptop so I could have my files when and where I need them.
This is frustrating!
