Adobe acrobat reader use to let me highlight in my ebooks. Then I had a computer problem and had to reinstall everything including adobe acrobate reader. Now the highligter is gone. This is version 8 and now there is no tool bar option for "mark up and commenting". I can go to "toolbars" and then to "more tools" and check to enable the "comment and markup toolbar" but it says it's only available when document rights are enabled. And if you go into "document" and "security" and "securty properties" it actually says commenting is not allowed in this document, however I have already highlighted in this very document in the past with adobe acrobat reader before I had to reinstall the program. So I know i can highlight in this ebook because I already have in the past, so why won't it let me now? Thanks
