When I click on an attatchment in an email & it opens up my ADOBE PDF to save and dowload an attachment from my email. The blue line fills up in the ADOBE PDF and then nothing happens?
Why does the blue line stop.
Normally after I have done this in the past, I would see the sent communication.
There is nothing happening when the blue line stops? No communication is seen, just a black screen with the blue line in the middle of the screen.
I went to Adobe HELP and clicked on REPAIRS and my blue line is not changing?
Does anyone know how to fix this so my Adobe will work correctly?
