I am trying to apply for PA 12-256 AHRQ Grants for Health Services Research Dissertation Program (R36) CFDA 93.226 through http://www.grants.gov. The online grant application requires ADOBE 9.5. I have ADOBE X, 10.1. However, when I tried to apply, it would not give me access. I tried to upgrade to a compatible ADOBE version, but received a message stating that this version is already installed on my computer. Could you please help me access this grant so that I can submit my application?
