Adobe X & IE9 "You don't have rights to save in this location"

Installed adobe X on windows 7 32 bit with all windows and adobe updates.  Trying to print from IE9 using adobe as my printer.  This prints fine from local applications like Excel, Word, Quickbooks.  I created a new folder with full control C:\Temp and when trying to print there from IE9 I get the message "you dont' have rights to saave in this location".  I am logged in as an admistrator.  I changed all users on the PC to full control and even C:\ on the security tab.  This will print to the "Users\" folder only.  Spent hours trying suggestions from discussion sites.  Help!!
