We are running into an issue when trying to open multiple pdfs from a network share. Opening the first pdf file works as expected but any attempt to open additional pdfs fails when double clicking on a new pdf. There is also no error message, it just wont open. Dragging and dropping the file into Adobe Reader works and also opening the file from the app itself also works. Ive seen other posts on the forums from versions in years past with the same issue. Disabling the protected mode will also allow the pdfs to open normally but its not a viable long term solution.
This is occurring across our organization on Windows 10 1809/1903 on Adobe Reader DC version 2019.012.20036.
