We have a workflow that adds text to externally submitted pdfs once they've been processed. For the most part, this is working fine. We did encounter 1 pdf that Reader will not display the added text. I confirmed that the pdf will open and show the text in Chrome and other viewing software. How can this be resolved? We ourselves use Reader internally to view the pdf so this is an issue we need to fix.
The version of Reader I'm using is 2019.012.20040
