Cannot get pdf to show up using Adobe Reader 11.0. It tells me to accept terms and conditions. Cannot find where located to sign. Using Safari and remembered seeing T&C on a Google browser for Adobe. Tried once with Google and worked. Went back to Safari and did not work, Went back to Google and now it does not work. How can I get Terms and Conditions submitted on Adobe Reader 11.0?
