I can't delete a page

I have a form that I created in LiveCycle Designer and am using in Acrobat Pro.  For the specific project for which I'm using it,  I want to delete the unneeded pages of the form.  but "Delete" is not an option.  Actually, "Insert", "Replace,", etc. - none of them are an option.  Can it not be done, or is there a setting I need to change, either in Acrobat or Livecycle?
