I've tried 10 times to install Reader, and it always gets to 96% installed and then says 'Error - Could not access your network location!' I've tried it with Security essentials switched off and even tried Google Chrome instead of IE, but still it gets to 96% installed and the same error message! Any ideas how I can get around this?
