When I want to read a PDF and click on the link (for example a link on a bank account to print a statement) reader boots up after a wait of around 15 seconds but I get a dark greay screen most of the time. Then IER10 locks up, I can not get out of Reader and I have to use Task manager to get out of both. Rebooting the computer sometimes will allow me to download one or maybe two PDF's but then I get the lockup procedure. Everything worked fine with Reader 10. I use windows 8.
what do I do to get thisto work properly? I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and nothing work.s
