I have a user that is having a strange problem. When she gets acrobat documents sent to her as attachments and double-clicks on them to open them, they open fine and there is no problem viewing them. But, trying to print to the default printer always fails--it doesn't give an error message although some times it seems to take a long to to prepare the document. On the other hand, if she uses the preview it function on Outlook 2007 and then double-clicks on it she can print it. Also, if she saves it then reopens it she can print it. Word documents, btw, have no problem printing like this. Also, if she changes to a different printer from the default printer, it will also print. Her machine is running Windows 7, 64 bit.
