I have a new Window 8 Notebook and I am facing a problem on opening PDF. I have downloaded the latest version Adobe Reader XI, but when I open a pdf file, there is an error message “DDE Server Window : AcroRd32.exe 應用程式錯誤” & “0x8ffbe1ba指令參考的0x8ffbe1ba記憶體，該記憶體不能為Written.
I try uninstalling Adobe Reader XI and installing a former verion Adobe Reader X, but problem still exists.
What should I do then ?
