I created a PDF with IDCS6. Straightforward, no problems.
I need to enable comments in the PDF, so I opened it in Acrobat Pro and Saved As for extended commenting and closed it in Acrobat. Then I opened that PDF in Reader. An alert box informed me, "This document enabled extended features in Adobe Reader. The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no longer available. Please contact the author for the original version of this document."
The document (i.e., the original PDF) was not changed. I created it in ID by exporting it to PDF, opened in AcroXI, enabled it, closed it, and then opened it in Reader. At that point, it had been on the planet for 5 minutes.
Has anyone heard of this bug? Has this occurred to anyone? I need to send PDFs of chapters to different authors of an 8-chapter book and I hit this snag.
