Internal error

Hello,

 

Since I updated Adobe Reader XI some days ago I have been unable to use it, start the programme or view any pdf files, at all. I have reinstalled, rebooted computer inbetween, tried to install Adobe Reader X, checked compability server package 2, 3 and Windows 7. My OS is Windows 7. Every time I touch it this Internal error message appears. I have tried to open it in cmd too but the same message appears: "An internal error has occurred." Too bad for me it's of some importance that I can view pdf files. Any new troubleshooting tips or help available?
