I have been having considerable difficulty in reinstalling Acrobat 9.2 on windows 7. Firstly, it did not appear in Control Panel for uninstalling, so I had to use a proprietary program to uninstal. Then when I tried to reinstall, I kept getting a message about not having permission to install Designer 8.2. Folloiwng some online advice, I tried a cutom install, excluding Designer 8.2. That seemed to work. Now, when I try to open Acrobat, it starts to install onscreen, then gives me a message 'The Licensing Sub System has cfailed catastrohpically' and advises me to contact support. What am I doing wrong?
