Flatten A Reader Enabled Form In Reader

Hello Everyone,

I am currently having trouble getting a filled out form to flatten in adobe reader. I would like someone to be able to fill out the form and then save a flattened copy. Printing to PDF opens the printer icon on my dock and then immediately crashes the printer. Printing to PDF selecting the "print as image" option opens the printer icon on my dock but does not add anything to the que.

I am using Mac OS X V 10.7.5 and have all of my adobe and system updates completed.

I know that I can do this in Acrobat Pro but the end users of this form will not likely have that option...

The form was created using InDesign > Acrobat Pro XI > Save with reader-extended option.

Thank you for your time and help.

- Chris

Edit: After I save the PDF with reader-extended option I do not see the "save as a copy" option in reader. This seems like it could be the solution to my problem...
