I've been having problems for a few days now. Whenever I try to open up a PDF file on Adobe Reader the Adobe window that opens goes grey and instantly freezes the whole screen. I can't click on anything. I then have to press Control Delete Alt to remove the frozen Adobe window and free the page. I have downloaded Foxit reader as a temporary solution and that works fine. However I badly need to get things back to how they were as some software I use is only compatable with Adobe.
I have removed Adobe entirely from my laptop several times using the add/remove programmes and also an Adobe Reader Cleaner, followed by reinstalling both the latest version and an old version of Adobe. Still the same problem. I'm not very good on IT but can follow instructions well so any help would need to be basic. I hope someone can help me.
