To Whom it May Concern,
I am having difficulty opening Adobe pdf files. When I attempt to open a file, the following message appears:
Adobe Reader has stopped working
Windows can check online for a solution to the problem
-Check online for a solution and close the program
-Close the program
When you click on "Check online for a solution and close the program" the system attempts to check for a problem and then just closes out any information from the file that I was attempting to open.
