Convert To Word Document

Hi,

I hope saying 'Word Document' won't get me in trouble here, but my printer does NOT like PDF files (won't print them) so I was hoping I could convert the PDF file.

I downloaded the newest FREE version (XI) but it won't allow me to convert the file. It asked for a password, which I do not have. I'm thinking the company that wrote the file (Scottrade) holds that password, but its just a guess.

Does anyone know of a way to convert this file? I really don't want to buy something (Acrobat Reader) that I'm only going to use once.
