I hope someone can help me. I have multiple users that are having issues printing PDF files from within IE8. The users can see the document, when they click the print icon they receive an error saying that in an attempt to protect the computer the program has terminated. Once the error has occurred, IE8 locks up and has to be removed with task manager.I have uninstalled Adobe Reader, deleted the root files, ran advanced system care and installed Adobe XI but I still get a gray screen when they attempt to print from IE8. What additional steps do I need to take?
