Adobe Reader 10.1.2 "Acrobat Failed to load its core DLL"

Good morning, I'm a Network Engineer in charge of my Citrix XenDesktop Environment here at my company.  We're using XD 5.5 and the latest version of Citrix Receiver (3.1) for our clients.  I recently upgraded the image from Reader 9.5 to 10.1.2, and where I was having random printing problems with 9.5, now I'm getting a crash randomly with the error: "Acrobat Failed to load its core DLL" as soon as they try to open a PDF in the Citrix environment.  A log off/log on can fix this issue, but I really don't want to have my user continually resetting their systems whenever they have to fix this.

Some details about the Citrix environment:  We're running Windows 7 SP1, we ARE using Flash Redirection (I know Adobe Reader is tied to Flash somehow...maybe this is part of the issue?), we have installed the "Print" patch for Adobe Reader 10.1.2, and we do have both versions of Flash (IE and other browsers) installed on both the client PCs and the Citrix XD image.  I have also used the Registry fix for Protected mode from http://terenceluk.blogspot.com/2012/01/adobe-reader-x-1012-crashes-whe never.html.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I'm pulling my hair out with this issue.
