We recieved a notice requesting that we download the latest version XI of Adobe reader. We run windows 7. We did the update then it said there is a patch so we installed it. It said upgrade was successful. We then re-booted the computer. After re-boot and trying to get Adobe reader to open a PDF it try's but then goes to a dark grey screen. We then removed the Adobe reader and tried again. Samething. We now can not open any PDF as we still get the same dark grey screen. Once the dark grey screen is open it won't close unless we shut down the system. Does anyone have any suggestions how to fix it.
