NEED HELP PLEASE!!! Trying to complete our Visa Applications for China. These applications must be filled out online through Adobe. When I clicked the box to start filling out the application, it said the following:
"You need to install the Simplified Chinese Language Support Package to take this action on this form. Under the current configuration, this resource is not available."
So I did that. Installed the support package. When I try to open the downloaded file, Adobe pulls up and gives me this:
"Adobe Reader could not open 'FontPack1000_zh_CN(1).msi' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)."
I don't know what to do. I am running the most up to date version of Firefox. I have to get this fixed asap. These forms must be filled out and printed online. The Chinese Consulate does not allow them to be handwritten.
