Printing PDFs only goes to file not printer

Using Adobe 11.0.1.36 add-on in Firefox 18.0.2 with XP, print commands generate modal window asking to save a file and only saves to a .prn file. Never prints to the printer. This worked fine with the previous version of Reader.
