Acrobat's Print / Properties dialog boxes too long to fit in window

When using Acrobat's Print or Properties features, the dialog box opened is too long to fit onscreen. I cannot actually use either feature and can only use the X at the top right corner of the dialog box to back out.

Any workarounds or fixes?
