Lockdown Protected View. Is this possible in Reader XI?

We need to do an installation on a machine where user should ONLY see the PDF files. No printing, no saving as, etc.

Protected View actually does that, but the option to Enable all feature, is there for the user to unlock it.

Is there any way to set it to Protected View but removing the option to enable all features??

I am using the Adobe Customization Wizard XI but there is no option there (only to open all files with Protected View).

Or maybe any other posibility via Registry Key?
