We have an unusual situation with a client:
They run in a terminal server environment and use Adobe Reader X (installed from the web, no custom install). They regularly use the Sign pane features to sign and add to documents with no problem.
We recently added a new user to their terminal server, and she is reporting that she doesn't have the sign pane or sign options anywhere. I've verified this, and I can't seem to get it enabled. I've looked at various threads with similar issues, checked registry entries to remove (which don't exist), and can't seem to find a reason why one user doesn't have this enabled.
Has anyone run into this issue before or know of an answer to get this fixed up for the client, hopefully short of a reinstall of Adobe Reader?
