At the main uni library I have no problem highlighting on this PDF file (has some version of Adobe software), at home I can also (Foxit reader), even on my phone I can (ezPDF) but not on these computers at my faculty's branch of the uni library (Adobe reader 9). How do I enable the document rights - this is maddening!
